I slept well after my tinnitus finally decided to "shut up" ...:giggle:...slept for 8 hours.

Awful, extreme pain in joints, and killer tinnitus in my useless left ear.

Doesn't sound too cheerful, but it's my reality at this time.

Had very busy week and weekend. Last night (and in the last few days) I just crashed out and slept fistfully for at least 8 hours, I find it hard to wake up in the mornings...

I had tinnitus that is small, white, and very fluffy that kept waking me up last night by trying to get real close to me.

Like the dead, but I almost always sleep like the dead. Had a nice buzz on when hit the sheets too, so that helped :) wasn't a pass out but close hahaha

I couldn't sleep last night... I did end up falling asleep til around 5:00am. I have probably the worst event in my life presently going on though, so I guess it's understandable...

Ambrosia, I am like that. I love getting in to fresh crisp linen. Aired room whatever the temp the windows are always open (little through winter) cold pillows too! Lol.

i sleep good after every saturday nights because i have 2 jobs. i have a day off to jog by myself and soon (hopefully) to join with other deafies to run together.

I have insomnia really bad. I take sleeping pills to help me sleep for at least 6 hours.

Was in a lot of pain, moved around too much, so I went to the couch/love seat. Not much better there.

good!, i like that too, itsn't it nice and sweet, apparently happened to me last weekend too, (2 days ago) all morning (after i woke up) it was sweet sweet and sane. now its back to the eeeeeeee all day *groans*

right now, its 2pm in the noon , im gonna have a nap cus i feel like it, (for health not for luxuary) but it IS a luxuary to be ALLOWED to sleep whenever i like. While thats sweet and all, study pressure doesnt go away,...only temporarily, then i wake up and add on more work or read more...ever ending circles...

My dog and I minus the guy. I sleep good almost every night and I did last night. Sometime my dog Fizzy annoyed me when she move around causing me to wake up, but last night I slept peacefully without interruption. :)

:( That's terrible, I'm sorry. I usually only sleep for about 5 or 6 hours. I'm a night owl and sometimes have a hard time falling asleep, especially when things are bothering me. But once I finally fall asleep that's it, I'm down. I'm good though with only 5 or 6 hours. If everybody leaves me alone and I don't have to set an alarm I can and will sleep and sleep and sleep, like for like 10 hours. Not that I get to do that often but if I even get 8 hours of sleep I tend to be really groggy and feel like crap. I can't even nap, I don't cat nap I SLEEP, if I layed down at noon I might not wake back up til 6, even if I had a full night sleep,

I have problem on anxiety struggle on sleep. ( weak medicaion dosn't work

morning will cuting :) increase medication help better sleep issues i believe. risk very I know scary is very high sleep I have anxiety!

My brain has difficulty shutting down to allow me to relax and sleep. The harder I try the wider awake I become. It is frusterating because I become so phhysically and mentally exhausteed. I consider 6 hours a very good nights sleep. I slept well last night woke up twice but was able to go back to sleep

I had to LOL at your post, when I had my Standard Poodle Finlay , I woke up one morning and found Finlay wrapped around my head as if I was wearing a huge fur hat! There was a thunder storm at 5:30 AM and it must had freaked my dog out so he got as close as could to me and I had no idea what was going outside or in my bed ! One of my neighbor said that storm woke him up. Marty does a pretty good job at hogging the bed too for a small dog. He likes to sleep with his head on my face or pillow .
