How did you Sleep last night?....

Went to bed very late...watching Investigative ID....then had acid reflux....was up until 5:30AM....went to sleep then back up at 9AM....feels like I've been on a roller coaster all nght...then hit by a "Mack" truck....:giggle:...feel sure I'll take a nap later today.

I count sheep until 3-4 am. Tinnitus, insomnia and pain. My little dog Marley likes to move close very early in the morning when it gets a little cold in the house.

I slept ok. Then up and today, a weird feeling in my left ear like fullness and pressure. And as the day progressed some weird crackly feeling on the right side.

Ick. I don't have a diagnosis of Meniere's, and I hope whatever is going on is transient. I don't want another health crisis.

Sorry you're having such a hard time Botti. Hope things improve soon.

It's getting hot here. This upcoming weekened it will hit 100 degrees. Going to be a long hot summer which I hate!!!!

[QUO=whatdidyousay!;2179751]I had to LOL at your post, when I had my Standard Poodle Finlay , I woke up one morning and found Finlay wrapped around my head as if I was wearing a huge fur hat! There was a thunder storm at 5:30 AM and it must had freaked my dog out so he got as close as could to me and I had no idea what was going outside or in my bed ! One of my neighbor said that storm woke him up. Marty does a pretty good job at hogging the bed too for a small dog. He likes to sleep with his head on my face or pillow .

lol, reimind me of my first siamese cat - Charlie, he did that too. it's sweet eh?[/QUOTE]

If you like having a 50 lbs. dog wrapped around your head. I have no idea how the hell Finlay was able to climb over my head and not wake me up. I had to been dead to the world that night. It's funny now when I think of Finlay , and yes it's very sweet how much our pets loves us.

Oh crap ! I hate that feeling , it feel like I have fluid in my ear and I get earaches, if I get one when I am walking I will lose my balance. when I sit down my left knee sound like it July 4th, it pop so loud my SIL heard it once and wanted to know what was wrong. what do you do for the pressure in your ears?

Mostly put my head down, whimper pathetically , and wait for it to go away.

I wish had had a good way to handle it, but I guess if I did, I wouldn't be complaining about it!

I was told my TMJ is the cause of my earaches , doctors loves to blame
to my TMJ when they do not have a good answer!

Slept great last night, but that's mostly due to the medicine I think. We also had a lot of rain and I always sleep better when it's raining. Biggest problem with the medicine, I am in such a fog the next day, that it's hard to function.

Beauty Sleep

I must have gotten some pretty good beauty sleep last night and looking extra good today because this dude with a backpack on the side of the road was giving me big thumbs up. Thanks, man!

I woke up at 5 am like I always do. But the alarm is not set for until 7 am. So 2 hours of restless sleep every morning. Sigh.

Didn't sleep good because of my anxiety about my husband's health issues. He is OK and will live but depending on a cane at 39 years old really hit me hard yesterday. Trying to keep up the humor about it but deep inside, I am worried.

I slept about 5 1/2 hours. I had to get up in the morning to go to my doc appt on time.

I sleep well, but like in waves. In and out, waking every 2-3 hours, read smartphone or get some water, then I'm out cold and at it again, like right now at 2 AM!

Central sleep apnea here. Means the signal from my brain to breathe doesn't happen all the time when I am asleep. I use a breathing machine at a psi setting that can air up a mountain bike tire. The machine overheats at five hours and I wake up hammered.

Went to bed 2 hours early...slept like a "log"...and woke up 2 hours early...had a very busy day yesterday tho'...whenever I'm exhausted and go to bed, usually my tinnitus gives me a break..and I fall asleep so much faster.

Slept like a baby. Up every 2 hours for water or the bathroom.
