Tired and a few pains, but nothing serious.
 
Cancelled my Drs appt for my frozen shoulder. I had done some therapy while waiting the two weeks for my appt to keep my shoulder/arm from getting worse and it actually eliminated the pain I was having when moving my arm a certain way.
 
Sinus headache and exhausted from the unrelenting heat. Looking forward to autumn.
 
I have a terrible sinus headache also. I think it is from having the fans blow cool air on me night and day. We are 20 degrees cooler today then yesterday, but the heat is coming back this weekend. I finally gave in and took a Sudafed and Advil.

Heat wave still here in Toronto. Just stay in the shade as much as possible.
 
Woke up with what might be the start of a sinus headache.
 
Feeling buzzed out dealing with trying to make technology work correctly. :shock: Brain freeze, LOL! :lol:
 
Thankful mio amor is ok , he got hydraulic fluid drops on his neck :( He's okay.

You mean it was hot? Hydraulic fluid isn't dangerous otherwise, as far as I know.
 
again I have headache I am not well!!!
 
Not too bad, just exhausted from sitting in ER all evening.

Not sure if it was hot. It does irritate the skin, he applied castor oil to sooth it.
 
Started out feeling pretty good, but wore myself out and strained the leg too much. Now I am in a lot of pain, but I can deal with it.
 
feel like crap ache everwhere,my mother my phone to tell me my sister having tea with bishop of norwich because all her good works.. i know that total crap and sister lying cow who dont give stuff for anyone so feel like puking
