Oh dear lord....
Well, things HAVE improved since I moved here to my current residential area-- I'm not sneezing so much these days.
Oh dear lord....
ah ok. mystery solved. you basically touched a big nasty dustball as big as a billiard ball...
is this a dustball you were talking about?
And it got me sick. I'll live.
lemme guess... steroid?
Well driving helps calm a lot of people down. I wouldn't really say driving really fast around would be good because not only are you putting your life at risk but tons of other peoples at risk. Not really fair to go out speeding like a demon from hell and not care about others lives in jeopardy.... not very considerate if you ask me... If you don't care about speeding and putting your life in that risk, that's your own choice but you're putting others at risk and that's pretty messed up. Driving is a privileged, not a right. You need to take it as such. Going around driving like a bat out of hell because you're anxious and risking peoples lives is no reason because you want to curb a little anxiety. Go for a walk, read a book or go run. There are tons of other ways to curb anxiety. If I'm anxious, I go for a CALM drive on my bike or in my car listening to music loudly. The last thing you need feeling anxiety is more rush rush.
I guess. Its because i have asthma but doctors just say to not use inhailors because im allergic but they wont tell me if its a specific chemical or whatever and they never tried a different inhailor for me. So if i start to get an asthma attack i have to go to emergent room its kind of annoying especially if it can be prevented.
Well I can't walk very far anymore and I can't run at all either thanks to the Army. I can't focus on a book when I'm anxious. It's not curbing a "little anxiety" its quite a lot of anxiety and it's the only thing I've found that helps other than alcohol or pot.
You don't understand, you can't fathom the extremity of how impossible my anxiety is to deal with. The only other thing I know of to reduce anxiety is to destroy or vandalise things, which I haven't done in quite a long time.
There are many inhalers ... like Mew said albuterol sulfate is probably used the most and there are steroid inhalers too ... but there's combivent, flovent, advair and others ... a nebulizer can be used to with liquid albuterol nodules alone or combined with ipratropium bromide ... albuterol gives quick relief and ipratropium bromide lasts longer ... as far as the actual ingredients in a albuterol sulfate inhaler it has microcrystalline suspension of albuterol sulfate in propellant (HFA-134a) and ethanol.
I think it is funny that you are the one who gave a good answer.
Just curious, how far in advance can you tell??
Why are you touching dust?Hmm. Then why is it labeled as such, I wonder? Thing is, I physically touch too much dust, I can get very sick. Otherwise, it's not a big deal if I sneeze because of dust-- touching a certain amount of dust is a big no-no for me.
Dust 2-3 inches thick? You need to do some housekeeping!A little bit of dust won't hurt. I'm talking about REALLY THICK dust-- 2-3 inches thick, which was what did me in then.
