Take a deep breathe. Recall life before internet. (oh those were the days) The internet isn't your life. Do something else to keep your mind off it. There IS life without internet.

Oh, I know those days. I wasn't born yesterday. Heck, I was born BEFORE the Internet even existed-- 1983. People born in the late 1990's and 2000's can't say that.
 
Two feelings: One is sneezy, and a runny nose. The other is that I'll soon have my MiFi back up and running soon, and this time I am gonna change the password right after I get access to it. Learned my lesson from last time.
 
How am I feeling? Like I could jump for joy. I have my normal Internet back, and a new ClearSpot, and things are getting back to normal. Also, I was told that the cable modem and the WiFi here at my house needs to be replaced, and they will do that either tomorrow or this Friday-- FINALLY. It was LONG OVERDUE. For now, we can't use the Public VP until the replacements have arrived. Like I said before, I changed the password to my ClearSpot right after my service had been resumed, and now I've made it harder for the person to gain access to my MiFi.
 
Little on edge....waiting the outcome of the Dunn/Jordan trial....jury has been in deliberation since 5:30pm EST....And sure hope there will not be any rioting from the African-American community if he is acquited....but know there are many groups of them outside of the new Courthouse awaiting the verdict in the cold and drizzling rain.....

Is this the case where he shot at a car full of teens because their music was too loud? Only heard a little about this since my tv has not been working.

Yes...I posted a thread of it awhile back...you might want to check it out....another AD'er has been keeping an eye on this trial also...they were sort of "symbolizing" this to the likeness of the Z and Martin trial....I'm not sure how I feel about it...or what the outcome will be....only problem I have is that Dunn stated he saw or thought there was a Shotgun in the SUV with the teenagers....and the SUV left the store...but came back later...seems he's trying to say there was a shotgun...but the Police did not search the area where the teens went to see if they had thrown the gun out....

Thanks RR, I do remember seeing this case. The report I saw made it look like the teens pulled a shotgun and pointed it at him. They could have disposed of it anywhere. I think Dunn is going to be convicted from what I have seen and read.
 
I am feeling special! My student gave me a Valentine letter . So sweet and made my day! The perks of being a sign language interpreter :)

I am feeling full... I ate way too much... :( On top of that, I am dreading Valentines day... So much panic in the stores for so much last minute shopping... and it's on Friday this year?! Dear god, SAVE YOURSELVES!!! :shock:
 
I do not have any special Valatine, nor any secret admirers that I know of. All will go normally as planned, barring any unforeseeable setbacks that somehow obstructs me some way. *shrugs shoulders* I don't need inconvenient timing, thank you.
 
Just feel a little sad and feeling a bit bad, tomorrow is valentines day and I'm travelling interstate (4 hours away from where I am ) for the weekend to do full on geocaching.

No one in particular, but if a certain someone here messes up my departure plans, I WILL have someone to thank for holding me up. I need to be at the building tomorrow by 11:30 AM, so I'll need to leave at 9:30 AM, because I'm planning on stopping by Subway prior to hopping on the #22 Clark bus.
 
I am feeling special:) my deaf student wrote me a Valentine letter and gave me chocolates :) I embrace being an interpreter <3

I am feeling annoyed because my deaf friend does not understand "Do Not Call", cause I told him I wasn't in the mood to chat, and yet, he STILL called me and while taking a nap, no less. I've temporarily placed him on my block list so I'll get some peace, and focus on conserving my energy for tomorrow.
 
I replaced the blocked number with "Reject All Incoming Calls" for the time being, so I'm good..
