House on Pending!!

It took me two weeks to find this house. I was driving by the house to see if I like it but yuck and not enough yard and too far from work. So last Tuesday I found this one and contact my real estate lady and she contact the other agency about it. It said pending but found out not anymore. It was fail two times from someone else. So it is my turn and I love the house and I will not give up. I went in the house yesterday with my son and we both love the house. So I sign the contract to get it started and my agency will contact me on Monday on the next move. :D It is the only house that I went in to look around and I fell in love with it and it is perfect size for me. I dont need a big house. :giggle:

Oh yea there is supposed to have inspection within 10 days from now and see what next.
 
There is a back yard with fence. So I am not worry cuz my son knows not to go out to the road and he is 10 yrs old. The land is .33 acres. The value of the hosue is $175,000 but selling $99,000 and I offered 79,000. Hope it goes thur but I will let you know.

I advise you too much owner feels losing 20k nearly...
Best you offer them.. price $87k to 84,500.00 Range will be great!
If the owner turned down... and will return you paper again to see what the owner wants counter offer...

My house was 169k.. We were made an offer 155k
14k lose.. Not that bad.. The owner feels and agrees our offer..
The owner knew this house have not gone UPGRADES so many old features alike 1979'ish.
 
I am not worry just go with the flow with my agency. My agency is the one who put that down not me. :D So I will let u know what up and how much it cost.

Lucky that the houses in your area sell for reasonable prices.

That's a great looking house. And congrats to make it that far to getting the house. I know a lot of deafs cant make it that far.

Yea, I know...that is a shame! That's why I get so frustrated with my students' parents for their lack of educational support cuz it is those students who will end up with poor paying jobs or on SSDI. I hope I can work hard enough to get their language development up to par!
 
As of right now there is another offer from someone else and my agency wanted me to go see her tmw. I will put down some more money to show the seller that I am very interesting and will meet him tmw. I have to offer more price then I orginally did. Please do keep your finger cross.

*Shel90* The price was cheap for that house. Normally they would be whole lot more then that price. I dont see it that much in my area only out of town that I would find cheap but I do not want to drive too far to go to work.

I agree with u! That price is very cheap. That is why u are so lucky! Cant even find a decent house for $175K let alone $79K here in my area. I would love to move to Northern Baltimore where house prices are more reasonable but my hubby works in the Pentagon alllllll the way in VA. Too far for him.:pissed:

Go for it. Good deal. IF not workout offer deal then try 87 to 84K like GalaxyAngel mention. 87 to 84k is still good deal than 175k. Better grab them.

Yes I changed it to higher and hopefully to hear them by tonite or tmw. I will let you all know.
