Please pray for me to get this house. It is now on pending til further notice. Here is the pix of the house.

New floor in the kitchen and hardwood floor in the hallway also new panel and paint in the bathroom.

I will post more pix of the inside once I download the pix from my camera.

Serious it was built in 1906? It looks more like a 5 to 10 year old house judging from the style. Usually houses built in the early 1900s have a wrap-around porch.

OOPS! My bad, I didn't see where it was built in 1906 so mobile homes probably didn't exist around that time. The last two images on the site looked like a double-wide, but I should have noticed the second floor window. :)
 
At first, I thought I recognize that house but again it could be different. I used to live in Berwick and Sanford, Maine. I live there for a long time until I moved here 5 yrs ago. Anyway, I hope you get it. :fingersx:

Oh yea forgot to tell you. The house also got a basement and attic plus the good size shed. Also a new deck at the back of the house as you see the pix. The bank own it. That what I found out. :D

I've been there experience and goes through like this before house hunting... I'm glad it's nightmare over and now your turn.. (chuckles) Love to hear your trilled news all of it.. (chuckles)
