Our culture is so profoundly dysfunctional when it comes to all things touchy.
 
I hugged my teachers at last day of school when I was middle and high school student, even I hugged high school director and school principal as comfort when I got upset and suffered from anxiety issue.

Some schools are just overreaction or exaggeration.
 
Nope, nothing is wrong with me and all I did was drop my thoughts and wondering if anyone see the other way like I did. It is principle behind this. Ask yourself, what is the reason WHY the news needs to be publicize about 6 years old kissing his own classmate? Why these incidents needs to go public? The media already humiliates everybody involved and IS it necessary going national-wide? If the "Kissing" is so touchy down there, why there kiss and ride exists? It is like it is okay to kiss in public area here but it is NOT okay over there?

If the media don't broadcast these incidents, then probably the kiss n ride won't be any deal after all.

Again, it is principle behind!

Since I have never heard of Kiss and Ride, Id thought it would be a place for Hookers and Johns to hang out?

Kiss and ride is not a good word to use. Most places use the word PARK and ride not KISS and ride

It is sexual harassment to me too. Not just biker. Its The word Kiss. I do not kiss people I ride with

All that huggy wuggy stuff makes me want to hurl anyway. Teachers are in a position of respect. He crossed it completely in a rapid manner with no "permission" moment. The small womans reaction was immediate. We did not get to see what might have come next. It was an opportunistic aggressive action on his part and was treated as such by her. I am glad to see that the school placed an appropriate value on her right to be not molested on the job. Too bad the kid did not.

I agree on both your points...they got whack when I was at school mostly boys retrospect unsavoury things happened but we were nieve...on the whole they were ok to us.
Agree about huggy stuff sadly respect not what it use to be and looking at the vid it do look like he crossed the line

This happen in December 2013 and I believe we had a thread about it. If the teacher felt uncomfortable about the student hugging her and felt it was sexual harassment I will have to go along with that.

Lol. To some it is a catchy phrase to others its obscene. For me I had to think bikers pov and got it. I was neutral before I heard his argument and yes loking at it again makes me uncomfortable with the idea of coworkers kissing me yuck. Lol


Suppose a rider joking kiss other rider due to sign. The kissed rider assults the kisser

This opens a case of lawsuit of injury by the kisser because she/he was following the signs suggestive catchy phrase?
