Haircut...

I saw it on some health show. It has something to do with women producing less oil in their hair as they get older.
It's true that the scalp usually becomes drier.

Also, some older ladies (older than me) get perms and sets, which are expensive and time consuming, so they try to make them "last."

I keep my hair style and routine simple.

Short cut professionally done.

Shampoo, condition, towel dry, add a little styling gel, blow dry or air dry, fluff up with fingers. Done.

During the day, refresh with wet fingertips.

Hubby also has low maintenance hair. He goes to the military barber for basically the same haircut style he's had for over 30 years. Shampoo, towel dry, comb. That's it.

I can't cut myself no way! I rather go to beauty salon every 3 times a year. Just a haircut bob style up to my shoulders or chin/jaw, sometimes I asked Q's to hairstylist about how I look with long layered & shaggy. I like Emo hairstyle for today young teens. Depends on person who can cut hairstyle more experience than the others if lousy, don't go to the same place what u want, u do have the right to change looking for the better one.

If I wasn't such a chicken I'd get it myself!
But meh, I don't want people saying "this lady's mind went gone once she went thru the change", eeekk
