Ghost thread - Any experiences?

Not yet mate, however will be going again very late tonight, and I am armed with the video and camera equipment, and I might as possible video the Blundells Cottage in ASL so to give you guys a little history lesson about it. ;)

There may or may not be a chance grabbing the opportunity to see the ghost but I will try my best however will definietly make a video in ASL for you guys.
 
Never saw anything. When they told me about it, I called it as hallucination. :)

Guy: Look up, there's ghost
Me: No, that's smoke
Guy: Really? I thought it was ghost, how did you know?
Me: There was someone on corner smoking, go to corner and check em out.
Guy: *walk to corner* oh I see.

If it was not for me, he'd telling everyone he saw ghost. :roll:

how true.. geez. can't he smell anything? .....

as for me, never saw anything. always do want to. but I believe that only truly gifted people (and children) can see. and animals especially too, of deceased creatures that used to live there in past.

this thread reminds me of one amazing thing that happened when I was about thirteen or so. oh yeah and now, one weird thing one night a long time ago ... could be a ghost/spirit/or whatever. :hmm:

dont know about how your camera does. with mine i can switch from the lcd screen to the view finder. if yours does that use the viewfinder so the lcd light wont be on it could affect your vision. if you get used to see the bright screen you wont be able to see int he dark when you look away from that screen for a few minutes.

I have no viewfinder on the video camera as it is JVC HD Digital video camera, but I can swingle the LCD to the side to minizie the brightness.
 
bro told me about his ghost encounter. I didn't believe it. i went to see it for myself... alone... in middle of the night. I saw nothing. went home but stopped by at dunkin' donut.

friend told me about a haunted place at decommissioned military facility in brooklyn. I went. saw nothing. went home but stopped by at dunkin' donut too. true story.

thatll work. or carry something like a bandanna to put over the screen to block the light and just aim it where you want to film it should work fine. or start it and sit it somewhere running.
 
amazing: I was at my grandparents' workplace after school and wasn't feeling very well so they had this small LONG 'recovery' room where it has a small and thin bed to rest on along with huge first aid box screwed on wall up there by light switch. so, they showed me that room, laid there I rest. they left lights on because thought I'd be scared or something - it gets pitch black if lights off but I wanted it off. asleep for no idea how long, I peeked my eyes to see what time it is (a clock on opposite side of you) suddenly I was seeing a glow, GLOW-not lights, just yellow-greenish glowing in entire room. regular lights are white. I thought I must be sick, hallucating or whatever, shut my eyes quickly and woke up again widely to see if my eyes were actually playing with me - it glowed even more and something was moving, not a figu re or one piece - like water ripples in glow. I closed eyes again, and opened them again, samething happened. did that one more time, got frustrated so got up to check the light switch if it was TURNED on while I napped, nope it's down. the lights coming from sides, not ceiling you know? I quickly escaped that room, looked for my grandparents to see if they have changed. :giggle: no, really. peeked back in and checked, all black again. so weird! that building where my gparents own a long-time famous business, an old factory place...so.

weird: one night sleeping my room at old home where I mostly grew up in, someone or something TUGGED my toes. the foot that wasn't under blanket, right by the door. again and again. I tried to peek so fast to catch if anyone opened door, tug then close. but there's a paper-like 'wind chimes' of hearts right by door hooking up on ceiling, you can see it moving if someone just had opened/closed the door and it wasn't moving at all! I played game by keeping my eyes awake for long as possible....nothing. once closed again, tugged twice more and harder. I screamed, OKAY! WHO'S DOWN UNDER THERE MY BED!? and see nothing. :eek3: never happened again.
