There is many other reason too, like China have its own ecomonic growing really fast and buying alot of good deal gases from middle east, they are quite competion with us the America. Also some of countries in middle east dislike us at all and don't want to do the good deal with us much. It's so complex and varies reason for cause the gas expensive.

it is because every store/merchant owner have to pay a fee for letting a customer using a credit card.. and the fee varies from credit card to credit card.. some credit card charges the business owner 2% of the price.. some charges $3 per trans. etc.. so businesswise logical is that they increase the price to meet their needs.

Lets Sell Alaska back to the russians for 500 Billion dollars and then Liberals have no control and then russia can build a pipeline though canada into the USA from alaska. And that would bring oil prices down. The sale from russia would get our debt down some.

It is not really the answer for getting oil. Russia should have focused on green energies. Windpowers, solar cell panels, water-electric generation (both fresh water and sea), and some other names. Russia already have some windpowers from Europe. These are the best technologies that we can work out. They are not 100 percent perfect, but the alternatives combine with these technology that should be fine. Oil and gas are out because of caveman's technology.

My perspective that the Russia will get in a lot of trouble if their ship spills the oil Arctic areas. Many agencies around the world will blame Russia. That's what you have to think about.

I like running over chipmunks too much to give up my car. Besides have you ever rode in a public transit system? I have, they're not fun. Smelly, and you have to put up with people. If you could teleport to places, now I'd agree to that!

Yes I have rode public transit often in Seattle and another major US and Canada cities. I love it. It saves me ALOT of money. I don't need to buy a car, gas, and insurance. I spent only 5.50 a month for public transit monthly pass. It saved me thousands of dollars a year. I rather to be smart to spend less and save Earth. Plus public transit is faster than cars and escape the traffic jams. It worth!

I agree about smelly people. Come on no one is perfect. There are thousands of normal people like us ride it too.
