Gallaudet under fire after official placed on leave over ballot signature

Did you know that Thomas H. Gallaudet was a Baptist preacher? He went to seminary at the Andover Newton Theological School and became a preacher for two years - met Alice Cogswell as a preacher.

Just thought that was interesting. His son, Edward Miner Gallaudet was the founder of Gallaudet University. His other son, Thomas Gallaudet, became an Episcopalian Minister.

I read about it last week. Pretty cool story.
 
He isn't trying to hurt Gallaudet, he is trying to make sure the bullying stops.

You are just funny because he said that federal funding is in serious questioned and it looks like he doesn't want federal funding at all.

Gally will not survive without federal funding and 68% of Gally's budget are from federal.

So ... they should follow Federal Law (i.e. stop the management bully tactics) if they want to survive. I really do not think this was included in Edward M. Gallaudet's vision.

I don't see Gally bullying, so they just made mistake, that it so Gally made some mistake in past like 2006.

I doubt that Gally will losing the federal funding at all, though.
 
I agree with you, they made a very serious mistake. They broke the law.

You are making an incorrect assumption. My concern over federal funding has to do with making sure taxpayers and deaf students are receiving value.

Gally did broke the law in 2006 too so what is your point about serious mistake.

Outside of deaf communities, the news for Gally isn't big.

Assumption - not really.

I just give "looks like" and it is feeling, since you said that federal funding is in serious question.
