Do you remember the variety show that Sonny & Cher had and they introduced their daughter Chasity? They always sang "I got you Babe" at the end of the show.

I also remember the Mickey Mouse Club with Annette Funicello and Cubby.

The Fuller Brush man knocking on your door. "Ding Song, Avon's calling" or the Tupperware lady coming to your house. How about the Stanley Home Products? Or even, Mary Kay?

Man, those were the days!!

Ok I am showing my age here!

I remember Avon's little lipstick sample tubes.

I remember Avon's sampler pack the representative would take around to show what colours the lipsticks were.

Like when Scott Baio had a drinking problem and couldn't play hockey!

Ha ha, I had forgotten all about the offical preppy hand book. I went for the preppy look big time. I don't dress at all preppy now as traditional and classic styles are not my style.

As for Flowers in the Attic series, my sister in law thought it so tacky she wouldn't be caught dead reading it. She hates VC Andrews.

Oh, yeah the Love Boat. I had forgotten about Gopher, Captain Stubing, Julie Mc Coy. I didn't watch the series till the 80s during my years at MSSD though. Do you remember Fantasy Island with Mr. Roarke and Tattoo?

I loved the Rubik's cube! :)
I remember the first/original Lassie. Can't remember how many Lassies they had over time......

There were a bunch of Lassie dogs, I am speaking generally about the show "Lassie, Come Home" which I used to love! I googled the amount of dogs out of curiosity and it looks like their were 9.:D I also loved "Dennis the Menace":P

I miss the Rainbow Brite doll. I had the doll, the toys, and the matching Rainbow Brite sheets and bedspread.

.
My cousin was into that, and so were some of my classmates, but they were able to watch it on cable and we didn't have cable.

I remember one christmas, my cousin told us she was getting rainbow brite. My sister and I decided we wanted rainbow brite too . So we begged our mom for it, and we got one. This was our first "WE-GOT-TO-HAVE-IT-BECAUSE-EVERYONE is getting one" christmas present we've ever gotten. It turned out it was the ONLY christmas present we never touch because we didn't care for it.

Barbies was our favorite type of toys. I think My sister and I had about 30 or 40 barbies, and we played with every single one of them everyday.

I remember Rose Petal , She-ra and he-man, and smurfs
