You provided the facts for both of us with your post #27 about Sec. 246
It proves Obama is a liar because you and I are right now discussing the amount of money illegals get for ER visits.

oh no no. "Obamacare" isn't there yet since it will take effect in a few years but the proof is right there that it does not pay for illegals' medical expenses.

but right now... for the past several years... all these insane medical expenses that are costing us taxpayers... you're saying that illegals are the biggest cause of it. I disagree and I believe it's the Americans defrauding us.

Once again you are wrong....go back and find any post of mine that says I said "illegals are the biggest cause of it" or any wording close to that.

I asked you if you believe medical expenses incurred by illegals (paid by taxpayers) is an epidemic issue that causes us a great deal of money and you said yes. It's essentially same as "illegals are the biggest cause of cost".

What did you think what I meant?

Yeah, medical care costs too much here in America... which in turn makes insurance cost too much.

You can get a CT scan here in America for between $2,000 and $5,000... while in some other countries, it's between $250 and $750.

That Obama is ignoring the laws of America. That is the "epidemic issue" in my mind. You well know that Obama as POTUS must enforce ask the laws of the land.

On the second issue (you did ask two separate questions) I answered that by Obama ignoring the court then yes it was going to cost us a lot of money. Perhaps you did not read the first part of my post.

Illegals get money for hospital visits? I thought the hospitals got the money. And only state run hospitals have to treat anyone that shows up in an ER. Private hospitals don't have to. They can just send them on to another hospital if someone is uninsured unless they are risk of death. Then they just make them stable and send them on to a state hospital.

And since ACA has not become effective yet, no money from ACA is going to provide insurance for illegal aliens. So where is the lie? Lots of legal citizens with no insurance get care at ET, too. Many more legals than illegals. Lots of kids and people who work and pay taxes. It is the only choice they have until insurance is affordable for everyone.

Yet its ok for them to violate our constitution rights for auto insurance and force us to have it?
Medical insurance is fraud. Thats why need the goverment to get in on it. Heck there's.already insurance coverage for these on ssi,ssdi etc.... It works good don't see anyone on these programs complaining cause it works and is good enuf if they don't do something about it the costs will be even greater. Its mostly about money and power. Thats why these countless lame duck congress sessions have got nothing accomplished at all. They're fighting BO every step of the way and spinning lies all across the board while they could actually be working towards a compromise or parstian nationwide healthcare plan. But naa nothing been done but holding out on it in high hopes that their party wins the next election so they can go on and let the big insurance cos run the show and rim the people for a few more decades... Just pure outright greed on that party's side.
 
GISJason, just to make it clear and to make sure you know, there is NO FEDERAL car insurance law. That would also be UNCONSTITUTIONAL.
 
The difference is, the mandatory part of auto insurance is the liability portion. That is to protect the other people on the road, not the driver. Drivers aren't required to have coverage for themselves. It's certainly a wise thing to have full coverage but it's not required. The only time full coverage is required is by the lien holder of a vehicle that has money owed. Even then, that's not the Feds requiring it.

Straw men are so much easier to deal with than actual facts.
