All set here and not replace router.... I do still problem with it when I call someone and there is the black picture. so I have to hang up and redial then open video!:roll: So I don't bother to contact VRS until it is broken!

It sounds like your VP 200 may be little defective or installer has not configurated the router/vp 200. I don't understand why installer has not replaced your router?
Contact Support tech again and explain why your router has not replaced. Installer should have replaced yours.
