Well....you say "the serious side effect from the injection causes extreme pain and suffering"....Think about this.....The little girl, a Virgin...and this "grown man" raping and raping her over and over again....do you think this doesn't cause "extreme pain and suffering"?....And when the monster has had his fill...or his "thrill"...he commences to murder her....Don't you think this little girl suffered much, much longer than the injection does?.....And the horror of it all!

I have no idea about how bad is lethal injection and I never feel that.

but only problem is constitution - if lethal injection's compound is unconstitutional so they have to switch to other compound or use different method like firing squad, electric chair, hanging, shooting or gas chamber.

In my state, we have electric chair as secondary, in case if lethal injection is out of compound or unconstitutional.

I have, i have worked with inmates. Firing squad is defenetly cheaper than having an inmate the rest of theirlife. But shooting is done to heart, they only go for the head if the once to heart dont work for some reason. And oh gosh if hoichi sees this, im out! Ive also been to prisions in mexico, those are creepy.

Never committed a felony...but I've visited an inmate in prison....The death row prisoners were all "gawking" at me...and the person I was visiting said..."they haven't seen a blonde in awhile!"....I was not comfortable, and thankful the visit was behind the glass. Needless to say, the person I visited had aged so much, along with having white hair....

I never went back. just kept in touch via letters.

Yes, they do age real fast. There have been documented that those who stay in jail for too long do have life-span shorten.

Im not talking about prison for misdemeanors, and less serious felonies. I'm speaking for those prison designed for lifers, and high risk for escaping from prisons.

have you seen our prison facilities? it's pretty clean.

Not if in ADMAX Federal, and state prisons. I know what you mean by that, it is at least they can't screw society up.

Yet there are serial killers, rapists, sadists, etc., who don't mind the jail cell because they live those days and nights in their fantasy minds--they constantly relive and enjoy their crimes. Some of them even have sicko fans and pen pals who continue to feed their fantasies. They get interviewed by authors, news reporters, psychologists, lawyers, etc., and relish retelling their tales of torture and terror to others. A captive audience that they can shock and watch their reactions.

They aren't suffering in prison the way you think they are.

This yes... completely incredibly on the head...

You get the death penalty, give them 6 months to appeal or whatever... No keep dragging it out crap, no 20 years so all the persons family has passed and was unable to see them brought to justice, no them dying of natural causes before they get the death penalty... Just... do it!
