How you feel if your home get searched by SWAT and ATF agents without warrant?

correction - how you feel if your home get searched by SWAT and ATF agents without your consent?

How would you feel if someone personally attacked you knowing that people who know in this subject had died?

I'd want a justice but in a rightful, lawful way. you're not that special. just about all of us have lost somebody or know somebody who almost died from the blast. I have at least dozen of friends who almost died from the blast. get a grip, buddy.

how do you feel about police breaking the law to find the law-breakers? it's ok to kidnap, torture, and/or kill somebody to find them in the name of justice?

And, I never would have made it personal for you...

I don't follow. what are you talking about? how did this conversation become about you when I'm talking about the government?

Answer my question first (see Jiro's correction on my question) so I can answer it.

I'd welcome it. I have nothing to hide, unless you think they're looking in bedroom drawers or the refridge for a suspect.... Police are looking for a killer, help them and be part of the solution instead of adding to the problem...at least I would, but then I think catching a killer is more important than my rights....ATF is welcomed too and I own guns and still have no problem with cooperating....

That is exact how I am seeing the government, how they run their system. They are breaking laws too numerous times and they are sweeping under the rug so public won't notice. It is happening already, so Jiro is correct on this one.

like I said - you can't have it both way. nothing is worse than our own government breaking the laws. it stoops lower than a criminal mass-killing people.

if you're ok with that - then I feel sorry for our fallen soldiers because they have suffered and died in vain fighting for our rights and freedom.

that's fine. you consent to it. and for those who don't want to consent to it? is it ok for police to enter your home and search without your consent?

Red Coats did same thing 250 years ago. That is how our constitution were written to prevent unreasonable warrant-less search.
Our government had broken that constitution already and should we just sweep under the rug pretend that nothing wrong had happened?

Man, that's just fuckin sick...

Re-read the post, this isn't about warrants.

Edit: removed non-nessasary text.

I apologize, you can lecture me on the revolution any time you feel it is necessary.

Greg Ball, New York State Senator, On Boston Suspect: 'Who Wouldn't Use Torture On This Punk'?
New York state Sen. Greg Ball (R) suggested using torture on Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, the suspect in the Boston Marathon bombing, in a tweet Friday night.

Tsarnaev was captured by authorities late Friday evening in Watertown, Mass., four days after the Boston Marathon bombing. Authorities say the suspect and his brother, 26-year-old Tamerlan Tsarnaev, killed an MIT police officer, severely wounded another lawman and hurled explosives at police in a car chase and gun battle.

Ball reacted to news of the "scum bag" being captured with the following tweet: So, scum bag #2 in custody. Who wouldn't use torture on this punk to save more lives?

New York state Sen. Greg Ball (R) got into a fiery exchange with CNN host Piers Morgan on Monday's "Piers Morgan Tonight," over Boston bombing suspect Dzhokhar Tsarnaev.

The argument started when Morgan read a controversial tweet sent by Ball on Friday about the treatment of 19-year-old Tsarnaev.

all was adamant in his belief that torture should be used on Tsarnaev, even though the suspect is an American citizen. As the exchange continued, Ball and Morgan continued to talk over each other as Morgan kept pressing the lawmaker on the torture of U.S. citizens, while Ball resorted to insulting Morgan.

"Maybe I should have said it in a British accent," Ball.

"Can you stop being such a jerk?" Morgan responded.

The heated interview continued with Morgan accusing Ball of being "macho," and Ball challenging Morgan to an arm-wrestling contest.

Piers Morgan later tweeted about the show: "Quite extraordinary interview with @ball4ny - called me 'dude', mocked my accent, and challenged me to an arm wrestle. Weird man. #CNN"

Ball had earlier defended his claim on Fox News, where he faced a less combative appearance.

Oh, yeah......hey Beo!!!

Edited: And, Reba, you, too!!!

I don't believe my safety is worth my freedom. There are a few other people who have died for it would probably agree with me.

If you really belive the nothing to hide argument then you wont mind if we send animal controll to your house to look around and see how you're taking care of your pets do you? How about dhs? While we're at it lets just put cameras all inside your house, i mean, you've got nothing to hide right?

I'm so tired of hearing that argument. First it implies that the government is morally superior to the people and it's nessisary for them to come in your house and make sure your not doing anything wrong. The second thing it implies is that you are doing something wrong or you wouldn't have a problem with it to begin with.
