It just a phrase to describe religion fanatics like you and others who believe in God. God demand you to kneel before Lord!

If I recall, you must fear God 'The fear of the LORD is to hate evil' Proverbs 8:13. Deuteronomy 5:29, "O that there were such an heart in them, that they would fear me, and keep all my commandments always, that it might be well with them, and with their children for ever!"

When I used to be a beginner Christian (way back when) I asked the same question: God Fearing? Why should we FEAR God?? This was what I was asking then; and this the answer given me: Imagine your father. You indeed love him because he's your dad- your flesh and blood. But did you know that you also fear him? You have a fear of disappointing him because you love him so very much. It is because of your fear for your father that you love him. It is a good kind of fear. It is not a fear as being afraid or stressed out. It is one element of divine love for God.

That's how "god fearing" was explained to me.

I believe in Jehovah God, Creator and Ruler of the universe, and place my eternal life securely in the hands of Jesus Christ my Savior, and live daily in the guidance, strength, and comfort of the Holy Spirit.

I'm an independent Baptist. No, I'm not a minister; just a sinner saved by grace. :)

I think that the JW's that I've confronted at my front door would have a good laugh over your statement. :lol:

What!!?? They absolutely do believe in Jesus Christ. Who in hell told you that falsehood. Jesus Christ is central in their ministry and worship. All they do is for Christ. You are totally dead wrong about that one.
