do girls like guys wore expensive clothes or dresses?

I have tried that but no such luck, they shrink out of shape,
warped, whatever even if i wash them in cold water,
hang dry or whatever, geez. I can tell they are so flimsy,
cheap and poor quality looking when i see them at the
discount stores that im just leery of them even though
they are so pretty and all.
Since you bought them 3 or so years ago, they are probably
at least decent quality stuff back than they are now, reckon?
who knows? :dunno2:

In the late 80s and early 90s, the quality was low. Since Target and Mossimo partnered up, the quality of the clothes have improved and then Kmart and Walmart followed thru by partnering with big names. Kmart is still the lowest quality as far as clothes go, in my opinion. Walmart is ok but Target is on par with many clothing lines.

I buy clothes at Walmart or Target or Ross. They look nice. I don't need expersive clothes. I am happy what I wear.

A few years ago, I'd gone into the Abercrombie & Fitch store. There was a boxer that I'd had my eye on. I'd nearly balked with the price was $25. It was New Year's and I'd had an agenda. I bought it. Those boxers are the most uncomfortable boxers I have ever owned.

That's probably the last time I'd be frivilous that way.

You can do that with underwear? Or are boxers shorts and not underwear? Ah, heck, I'm just not a shopper and I don't know these fancy shopping ways.

Hahaha!!!

What's so fancy about buying undies that have been tried on by several peeps b4 me? EEEEWWW! Same goes for boxers. Just gotta buy 'em at our own risk.

When it comes to boxers, avoid the flimsy ones. I prefer mine to be knit as they do not rip by accident (like cheap boxers do).

the only labeled items i actually do buy, is Levi Jeans, this is like maybe once every 3-4 years seriously i like levi but i cant afford them, I have 3 levi's and 4-5 cheapest brands to wear everyday> Id wear Levi whenever i need to dress up to go out. Levis fits me so well, as other brand have some thing out, dunno what is it. Must be the body shape and length blueprint.
Ah, running shoes is another 'spoilt myself' clothing items (if you count shoes under clothing expenses) its the Asics Kayano, about say once every 3 years, i only run in summer, and no i dont wear those to the gym, i dont even touch the treadmills, only the rowing machines for warm ups.

Well, I don't normally buy expensive clothing, I prefer the Arizona Jeans because of reasonable price compared to Levi's. They're pretty comfortable to me. I usually go to JcPenny's for that Jean and casual shirts since their price are reasonable.

Why need expensive clothes to make them look good? Once they wash them it shrinks and color fades in the long run. It just blows your money away. There is plenty of good clothing that is reasonable price. The only expensive clothes that people need would be special occasion such as wedding, funeral, retirement party, business meeting, and such like that.

Just my .02 cents ;)

Well, Nat84, I buy expensive clothes whenever they
are on sale cuz i hate cheap clothes, heh.
I never buy clothes at Wal-Mart, Target or at any
discount stores cuz they are not good quality clothes and
they just dont last long. Im sorry to be like this but i like
get my moneys worth. You get what you pay for, ya know?

I am with you .. Can find good price at TJmax, marshall, outlets too ;)

Yeah, sure i understand. Like i said, i buy good brand
clothes when they are on sale. When my son was little, i
used to buy his clothes at discounts stores because kids
grow so fast so no point in buying expensive clothes for him
but when he got to be pre teen and teenager he had to buy
brand named clothes in order to be in style (peer pressure thing)
haha.

I like Walmart for soft 100% cotton t-shirts with no pockets. They are in men's department and they have many good colors. Short sleeve in summer, long in winter.

In my age right now guys don't wear expenisive clothes. Mostly i don't really care about the "OOh I need you to wear this really nice-expensive looking suit" for whatever event it is. I like a guy to dress himself in his own style. Most guys in my school wears athletic pants with just a graphic t-shirt or their football shirt, or long jeans with a graphic shirt or capris with sports shoes. W/ girls, Most girls in my school wears mini-skirts, which i think is kind of gross that they want to be preppy and show off for the guys to come up to them just because you're hot or soemthing like that. I'm more of a t-shirt and jeans girl..soo lol. I like to wear expensive dress on a prom or on homecoming or to a wedding. But only if its for something fancy for an event. But i'm almost 15, so i don't really care about the expensive clotehs that much.

Superficial attention brings superficial appreciation.

The young can only desire, because of other peers, to survive by being unnoticed. What they don't know is that if they comply, they will be noticed and, most certainly, be held to a foreign standard.

Wear expensive clothes if that befits you. If you talk to another because they wear expensive clothing, you will, ultimately, be judged by personality.

Wear what you wear; others will know who you are (your personality).

It doesn't matter if a guy wears expensive clothes or cheap clothes. If he wears what he is comfortable with, that's fine as long as he keeps himself clean.

As for me, I wouldn't care about wearing expensive clothes. I wear what I am comfortable in. I like to find clothes that has good quality in it but also have a reasonable price tag on it. Once in a while, I might buy an outfit that is expensive for special occasions but other than that, I don't front it down for the daily use.

i am a total fashion whore who doesnt care about clothes. *smirk*

ok, ok what i mean is.......

i dress like shit but i dont mind looking good when it counts. And i have a closet of clothes that rivals a womans. No joke. :giggle: I'm totally ashamed. Especially since i never wear most of the goddamn stuff.
