Derek and I coming from Lincolnwood Mall

Well, Maryland doesn't have one, but Massachusetts does. City of Chicago does, too.
 
The day they start legislating what we can or can't wear and how to wear it is the day I lose faith in humanity. I can't see how it would be enforced either. I'd rather my tax dollars go toward dealing with real crime- assault, murder, cybercrimes, child abuse than them running around looking for dingdongs with pants down to their knees.

I'm no fan of the look either but it's their choice to dress that way. Most are teen or young men- pushing the limits and experimenting. Yes it is associated with "Thug look" but don't put a broad brush stroke on it. Wouldn't surprise me if some suburbanite twerps are doing the same thing to just look 'cool'
