I corrected jillio on a mistake she made earlier in this thread and she never called me dumb or anything like that. So no she doesn't treat everyone like that as you claim.

Thank you. And I think even as much as TxGolfer and I argue, that he will tell you I owned up to a mistake I made with him last week and aplogized.

Can you please post a pic or video that shows which way he was facing when the impact occurred? Or a credible eyewitness account?

Yes, but no one is questioning where the wound is......

There is already video in this thread. Eye witness accounts are all over the net.

For the wound to be where it is, he had to have received an impact from the front.

I haven't seen one that shows impact and I have watched every video in the thread *shrug*

Credible eyewitness acounts? Link?

Well you probably wouldn't consider them credible, but yeah. Every news article I have read has had at least one eye witness statement in it.

I guess it's a case I don't care if you have proof, I don't believe it therefore it's not true. :P

Sorry....but unless you can prove your point it's just a guess.

I have seen your facts before ala "Texas signed" and the Scott Olsen website debacle yesterday. You also claimed no rocks or bottles were thrown, yet they admit it as Steinhauer pointed out.

You are free to guess though. Sometimes guessing is fun. I am going to wait for more facts though.

And what proof have you seen? I would love to see it. I totally believe it's possible the police hit him with the object. Never stated that I didn't.

TXGolfer - she claimed they threw a single banana. ;)

Nope, much more than a guess. When a conclusion is based on evidence, it is more than a guess.

Steinhauer also claims that the National Guard were fired on at Kent State. I wouldn't use him as support if I were you.

Here you go with your lies again. Link to the post where I said they threw a single bananna. Really, Steinhauer, you need to slow down when you read. You are batting 1000 with your mistakes tonight.

Still waiting on your "evidence"

Still waiting on your "evidence"

Like I said, it is throughout this thread, throughout the internet, and throughout the news. How hard can it be for you to find it?

I mean, I know I had to do the work on Kent State, but really, Golfer, I thought you could find stuff on your own. Do you really need me to do it for you?

Sorry, I have not located one frame that indicates which way he was facing at impact. 1:18 of the video would have been felpful but he is blocked until you see him going down.

Did you see any of the other videos on the net? I watched a couple that were from an angle that showed he was facing forward, and also one that showed the canister being lobbed in his direction immediately before he went down. They were really easy to find. Search took me maybe 10 seconds yesterday.

How many of the officers were injured by people throwing objects at them? What, one had to have their uniform cleaned because they got hit with a banana?

As much as you try to downplay it - the officers were hit with bottles and rocks - not bananas.

No where did I say that only a single bananna was thrown. You really need to start checking things out before you make these silly claims instead of trying to dig up support after you have already said something that is easily proven to be wrong.

Um, that quote was from you - you asked me to quote where you stated a banana was thrown at an officer, and I posted it.

Whether or not you were trying to use that as an analogy to explain the police were using excessive force or not, you did state a banana was thrown at a police officer.

I took the statement to mean that rocks and bottles were not thrown because these protesters were nice little peaceful do gooders. Maybe one got into a "tissy" and threw a banana at a police officer in full riot gear.

But, that is simply not the case. The protesters were in violation of California's Penal Code 409:

Every person remaining present at the place of any riot, rout,
or unlawful assembly, after the same has been lawfully warned to
disperse, except public officers and persons assisting them in
attempting to disperse the same, is guilty of a misdemeanor.

And as earlier posted, these unlawful protesters were hurling rocks, bottles and other objects at the police. That is not a misdemeanor, that is felonious assault on an officer of the law.

You were tying to downplay this and villify Law Enforcement Officers at the same time.

Shame on you.

I have seen many and in fact posted many in my blog. The best is the video already posted here that show him turning to his right from one angle and shows him falling face fise toward the proesters from another angle. So :dunno:

Yep. That quote was from me. And you misread once again. It does not say what you claimed it said. Thanks for proving that.

How many cops are in the hospital from injuries sustained by anything being thrown by the protesters? :hmm:

These officers need to be villified.
