That's what it looks like at full speed. When slowed down that doesn't appear to be the case.
Just looked at it again... she is pulling up something with both of her hands. Probably a strap of a backpack or a purse.

I don't think most people would be reaching for guns with both hands.
Unless you're Yosemite Sam.
For the California law regarding pepper spray? Look it up yourself. I'm not your gopher.
.If she was doing something wrong, why is the officer who was standing right next to her not doing anything? We have a good friend of this person right here saying that she was doing nothing. Obviously that's not good enough for you two honchos. Naw, she MUST have done something wrong! She must have! It's always the OWS people's fault! Never the cops! The majority of people who see this video see a young woman being choked by a POS cop. You two see a young woman breaking the law
You two are both disgusting. Absolutely disgusting.
Once again this video does not show us the totality of the circumstances. It is poor quality, out of focus and the subject of the matter is out of the picture most of the time. We can not see what she is doing or did. This type of justification is insane! If you were not there then don't compare! What has happened to our society? Where do these people think their jobs come from? Yes, some corporations are bad just as some politicians are bad! Deal with the bad apples and reform the system legally and with intelligence. Wake up America!
Let me have it now!
Meh, you made the claim
No offense to DD but it looks different on my screen. Clearly the officer right next to her is dealing with the taller person
You sure like to do alot of name calling personal attacks on the internet.
So that no more can enter the circle or interfere. Just an idea. Let them sit for as long as they want.Oh, I missed the part about them being able to leave if they each get up individually. So, um, what's the point of guarding them? Don't see what you're getting at there . . .
He already explained. I pointed it out that he doesn't have all the evidence and information on hand to make that call. Maybe you need slow down a bit?Right. . . First off, why don't you let him do his own defense, if he even cares enough. Secondly, his, "Well, I can't prove anything, but I'm sure they did something wrong!" mentality is exactly what is wrong with police officers in this country.
"Trying to help" is exactly what you were doing.

I did, and all I see is someone putting a purse or handbag over her shoulder. In effect, I see nothing. The female officer standing right next to her saw the same thing.
But again I don't see any brutality. I see an officer trying to stop a woman and a woman trying to get away. I guess we can agree to disagree.
Fine, if you're going to play that game, here you go, but you do the reading. I'm not going to point it out for you. California Penal Code Section 12403.7 - California Attorney Resources - California Laws
This is the same thing with several other videos on this thread. I'll bring up one example: people saw a cop attacking a man with a baton after running over his foot. You saw a man "faking it" and argued that the baton never came down.
You see what you want to see. The rest of us see something different.
You sure do a lot of attacks on civil liberties and American ideals. (Ironically). But isn't it funny that I only target the same two or three people each time? Interesting.
I've watched the video several times and as far as I can tell she wasn't being threatening though she appears to be pulling on something then cops came down on her.
Same here. It's amusing how people keep using terms like "low quality", "blurry", "main subject is out of the picture for most of the video", etc. It's quite clear what happened. The cop went gung-ho and basically choked her. There's no way to justify an action like that.
Trying to get away with what?
That law is for civilians. Nothing about policies regarding the use of pepper spray used by LEOs when allowed.Fine, if you're going to play that game, here you go, but you do the reading. maybe just trying to get away.

Perhaps, perhaps not. It'd be better to have more videos with better shots.
?
The video is limited and can only see only. Doesn't help if the video is shaky. What were the people saying? What were they carrying? Were they making threatening gestures?
Instead of being obnoxious, how about providing some clear videos instead of pointing to a shaky video screaming as if it's absolute proof when you can hardly make any of the details? Or was the shaking done on purpose for dramatic effect? I don't know. I'm not there. I just don't take everybody's word for it. That video certainly doesn't help.
