If i were Scot Berry, i would be very annoyed to see my private office number on a forum for all to see.
Look what else I dug up:
Antietam Valley Dental Center
257 W Main St
Hancock, MD 21750
(301) 678-6788
Now why on earth are you posting a dentist's office number on this forum?
that area code is 301
and the number I made up was a made up number lol - and seriously, I doubt the good Sheriff would be annoyed with me asking him to clarify the SOP of administrative leave for Law Enforcement Officers.
But then again, I don't know ... he has always gone out of his way to make sure people understood what his role and limitations are as a Sheriff.
I see the old Sheriff jumped right on that email.
Give him time ... its after bed time here.

I also sent an email to a North Carolina State Trooper and a Airport LEO .... wait and see ...
When they start breaking the law, interfering with traffic, mucking things up, and so on. Large crowds can and do present its own set of problems. This isn't a crowd of 10 people protesting. It was in the city's interest to make sure the police is there.
Turn the police scanner off, Barney. You are not a cop, even though you play one in the back yard.
You better look out for that pink piece of paper. I see a probate coming down the pike.

I don't even pretend to be a cop ....
I also don't pretend that administrative leave automatically means a LEO is guilty of excessive force.
Your masked threats are silly.

About as silly as you emailing cops all over the country to try and find one crazy enough to respond to you.
Aside from some of the larger protests that occurred early on in NYC, I don't think any of these occupy camps need more than a dozen or so officers to effectively look after them.
I see just as much disruption, blocking traffic, etc. caused by the police as I see it caused by the protesters. Just cause they got their greasy little badges and Darth Vader helmets makes it okay?
They're likely to think you're a loon for even emailng them about liberals on this forum.
