That sounds like blaming the victims of crimes for the attacks.

"When women dress like whores they leave themselves open to rapists."

"When a Mexican immigrant carries a large roll of cash he leaves himself open to robbers."

"When joggers run at night they leave themselves open to attack."

It doesn't matter how someone speaks, it is wrong (immoral, illegal) to make physical threats or attacks against them.

In the case of Palin and The Teabaggers.....they have reaped what they sowed.

I can't believe anyone who is civilized and educated can condone physical threats and attacks against anyone who exercises their free speech rights.

Does it occur to you that people can strongly disagree with Obama's policies and methods without hating him?

I'm sure there are people who don't agree with Palin and yet don't "hate" her. At least, I hope that's the case.

I don't see why it is so hard to come out and say that issuing threats to politicians or the destruction or damage of personal property is wrong whenever people disagree. I'd say it's wrong. Those who keep silent on this raises suspicion.

What do YOU say?

Oh, I don't hate Obama. I just disagree vehmently with his policies and actions. Like I said *numerous times* I think he'd be a cool dude to have a game of pick-up basketball or have a cold drink and ribs together. But that's about it. Other than that, he's way, way, wayyyyyyyyy over his head as president.

Factual. He'd probably kick your ass in a game of basketball. He would hand me my ass on a golden platter, ten times, easy.

Let me tell you one thing. Once I could easily stand under a 10 ft tall basket hoop and jump up and grab the rim. I'm only 5' 8" Love shooting from the 3-point position and hear the swish. Played in a lot of pick up games in my life. Choose your bets wisely.

Yup, random attacks are wrong.....no matter who they are against. I would say the same if they were against Carville,Olberman, ED,Phlegler or Farrakhan.

I don't hate Obama either. He is welcome to join me, Bill Clinton and George Bush for a round of golf. I don't agree with those guys much either. We will probably make fun of Obama's swing alot, though. It is horrible.

Suppose I allow my friend to drive one of my cars. Then I see that friend driving that car recklessly so I say to another friend I must take that car back I don't like the way friend "A" is driving it. Does that mean I hate friend "A"????? That's all we are saying about Obama......we feel he is driving recklessly and we need to take the country back.

Basketball is my worst sport.....I am good on defense though. I can say if he enters the paint he is going to feel it the next day. That goes for anybody:lol:

Make that four "ayes" so far that it is wrong to issue threats and for the damage and/or destruction of personal properties just because you disagree politically in the United States.
