My oldest daughter started spelling for me when she was
10. Now one of the twins does it for me. When I'm posting
in alldeaf I often ask her how to spell a word Because I'm
to damn lazy to use one of the spell checks I have on my computer.

I remember how I had to ask my father how to spell some words, he'll say.. "Go ask your mother, I failed English in high school." lol
 
lol, both of my parents suck at spelling.

so do i. i just happen to have good guesses on how words spell.
 
If ppl ask me for spelling word, I usually tell them, "Go ask your best friend, Mr. Dictionary"
 
people always come to me for spelling check. im ms spelling checker :)
 
bbnt, why dont u buy a small dictionary book and put it on beside ur monitor. it is always there for you. it likes ur thumb tickling by turning its pages. :)

Don't feel bad. You are not only the one. I also am such bad speller. I used Microsoft Word to typing up long comment before I post it here. I know, I mistype many wrong words. I click on speller check on that MS word which is very helpful.

I do look at the dictionary to make sure if I did spell right word. My English grammar is also bad. We learn ASL which is our first language. English is our second language.

We learn everyday until we die. ;)

:werd: I agree with ya Pro. If he can spell shit, its good enough for bbnt to spell it since it only takes 4 LETTERS to pull it off!

I think we are forever learning - even after death :)


Spelling has never really been a problem for me. I wanted to be an English teacher while growing up, but I gave that up for several reasons. Least I learned the grammar I need to know in order to ... uh.. what was I saying? Oh yeah, look smart ;)
