Court of public opinion looms large in George Zimmerman murder trial

I bet you 100% that the jury wants to hear GZ screaming for help in court so they can decide whether the voice in 911 recording belongs to GZ or TM.

TXgolfer, can the jury make that request? I hope so since that will make it easier for them to decide which mom is telling the truth.

Don't think so.

The defense attorney have to request and the judge have to approve it.

I don't think it is reliable because scream can be different.

I already know about some troubled teens are rebel.

I'm questioning about LEO didn't arrest Martin in his town.
For what? If you are talking about marijuana residues that the police found in his backpack or whatever, he was suspended from school. Police couldn't arrest him since there was nothing left except residues. I would say that he was lucky at that time.

I remember some times ago that in another case, the jury made a special request which was approved by the judge. Maybe I am wrong.

If you scream today and tomorrow, it will possibly sound the same.

Just poor law enforcement - some cities have bad LEO.

You don't understand how it works. It depends on the ounces you carry, The more, the longer.

What's more, he was a minor that time so maybe that's why he was let go. If he was an adult, maybe he would stay in jail for one day or so and/or pay fines just for residues.

I am really disappointed that the judge doesn't allow toxicology tests on TM to be admissible. Why?

It don't matter - the weeds are illegal in most area and minors need receive more attention.

That's bad LEO.

Oh, damn.

prej·u·di·cial
/ˌprejəˈdiSHəl/

Adjective
Harmful to someone or something; detrimental.
Synonyms
harmful - injurious - detrimental - malign - pernicious

I think it was due to TM's parents' (or their lawyer's) request.

HOLD ON... DNA including hair can be tested for it and it is always reliable. So I don't think that's the reason why. It must be something else.

Martin has very small amount of THC in his body and it wasn't dangerous.

Not much relevant to shooting case.

Right, in court it means something that would potentially influence a jury beyond the value of the information.
