With that post, I can assure you that you don't know what customer service is like at top hotels across the america. Have you ever stayed at the Bellagio?

You can BARELY feel anything. Of course, people pay MAD money for a night of peace and quiet if they wanted it.

If I wanted to go and sleep in a wooden framed motel with squeaky bed, I'd just go to NC.

Where exactly do you get the information that would allow you to figure the statistical probability of someone telling the truth or not?

It clearly states soundproof windows. Not sound proof rooms. I would be angry if car horns were coming through my window.
