I didn't see this and just posted the victims too. I also was thinking of you when I first heard this on the news . Good to see you back .
The Black churches in Boston are getting more police protection and there will a service on Sunday for the victims in Boston. :( People of all walks lives been touch by this.
 
RR , the shooter was taking about all Black men not just the men in the church. He's a racist and want all Black gone according what I been hearing on the news . We're not allowed to quote one another anymore.

Yes, but I believe that all people of religion background (including non-believer, atheist, agnostic) found this event extremely tragic.

I was born in NC, next neighborhood to SC and my parents lived in SC for 2 years before I was born. I have some families live in NC and SC, also one of my cousin from SC is on same birthday date as mine.

I read over and over about these beautiful people who were tragically killed. Read about one person at a time and then read their families messages. Every message is filled with love not hate. All of these families and extended families seem to be incredible people. I shed many tears and am so sad that this kind of hate happens way too often. RIP to all of them.

They may be Christians but I think the reason why they forgive him is because he is mentally ill, very sick man. He need to put in the mental hospital for very long time. Otherwise, it would be better if he is on Death row. 9 victims who died are a lot to be taken in. This is too much.

My condolence to the victims' families and friends. May they rest in peace. :(

Ban the guns. I don't care what the NRA said that the pastor and the congregation need to have carry guns in their church for protection. It does not solve anything at all. It only make it worse and worse.

We need peace and love in our diverse neighbors no matter if they are sane or mental illness.

I think he meant what he said, maybe he did include the whole "you are stealing our white women" BS but I am sure he truly believes black men rape white women (and it does happen as well as white men raping black women, funny he didn't address THAT- oh..wait never mind) and does believe that blacks are taking over the country, as an example Obama is president of the entire country along with many black in high power-- like the Senator he shot.

Also Sunday, many of the city’s churches will ring their bells at 10 a.m. as a sign of unity and support.

The Bridge to Peace — Unity Chain was organized on Facebook and as of Saturday afternoon, more than 5,700 people had indicated they planned to attend.

Our local TV news has been showing many peaceful groups gathering for prayer and hymn singing, indoors and outdoors in the heat, throughout the city.

As one of the family members stated, spiritual forgiveness doesn't mean the killer is excused from justice for his crime. They still expect the court to do its duty.

I was thinking this too , people always seem to remember the mass murder names and not the victims names. This is way I never use the shooter's name. I heard one of family member say that they forgiven the shooter but he still has to pay for his crime. I realize this but I still don't think I could never forgive .

Oh he meant and truly believes what he stated.
Where ever they send him, he is good aryan brotherhood material, to his ilk he is a hero. And will be treated and respected as such.
As for.rape. indeed sadly it happens allot, snd is just amo for racists thats all..
