Hear Again - The post is showing a comic picture of President Bush standing in the oval office staring at a poster board. The poster board has it split into 2 column.

The left column says "Failures".

Under the Failure, the list goes on from Bin Laden, Iraq, Afghanistan, Rest of the World, Torture, Economy, and Environment.

The right column says "Successes"

Dodged that shoe! (with a drawing of a shoe under the sentence)
