Well, I think I got a decent beater... 1996 Infinity Q45

I hate the gold color so since it needs a little body work I can always paint it down the road... Maybe black with tinted windows? It has tan interior with burrelwood trim.... fully loaded leather interior, with added 10 disc CD changer, power everything including sunroof.
I spent the last 3 hours cleaning the engine bay and interior, and looks great....very nice luxery car for the time being. Not bad for $1500
Oh, and no turbo...lol

Dang, I knew that this one was not a turbo. Not many people want an Infiniti with turbo engine.

Interesting choice of car, but they're a division of Nissan, right? I'm sure this one will last long time. I had a 1994 J30 2 years ago. I remember that you were supposed to use 89 or 93 for gas and not 87. Is the same true of this one?

Congratulations on your new car. Have fun!!

I have no clue on any of your questions, guess Ill have to pull out the owners manual and edjamacate meselfs on dis car....lol
I actually had to look up in the manual where the jack went since it didn't fit in with the spare, found it went in a side compartment hidden in the trunk, found a service manual hidden in there as well as the missing tool pouch and the little thingamajigger that holds the full sized spare down.... wow
Also found the little red/clear door safety lens under the seat so I need one more for the rear door that's missing, looks like Amazon is making another sale soon...lol

also the drivers leather seat is pretty worn, probly going to buy a set of nice seat covers. Going to go to my buddys shop sometimes soon and pull the dents, may just primer the car black for now and get the windows tinted.... make a sleek ride.

Racing stripes? Flames...lol

Yes, do the racing strips and flames!!! Impress as many chicks as you can!!!

Good that you can do the repairs on that car. There was a thread about some girl who bought a use car for the same price as yours. Her's had 213k miles. Which is more like a high school shop project in the work she will need to do. I have done too many car repairs to want to do any more. I get rid of a car if it hits 100k

White is worst

If accident or need repaint, black is the easiest, white is the hardest color FYI.

Want car look clean longer between car washes? Easy! Pick color as brown, like UPS truck. That is their reason for choosing brown as their official vehicle color.

Black? You do realize how black shows every speck of dirt you come across.

White hides dents and not to bad with dirt if you use an off white. Black is the best for repair when trying to match colors because there is only one black where there is an infinite amount of shades in other colors. I had a black truck and now a white jeep. I think they both show dirt about the same.

My Jeep Cherokee is a taupe (gray/tan mix); very neutral color. Pollen and dust doesn't show up too badly on it.

Yea, the best colors to hide dirt? What ever color dirt you have in your area.
