Best thermal clothing?

I personally like to wear a Tauntaun.

That's one?

Because it was a fake US quarter I got, and it didn't match up with the other quarters I had, but I needed to verify it was in fact, fake, so I took it to a reliable source, who confirmed it was a fake, and therefore illegal. That is a federal crime, and it's my obligation to report it. And I also know where I got it from, but I doubt they made it.
What reliable source? Do you mean a bank?

Why would someone counterfeit a quarter?

Is it plastic coin - toy? If so, it is not illegal if you don't use to buy stuff.

It was made of metal. Looked real, but not enough to fool me. And it wasn't Canadian, either-- it had the Statue of Liberty on front. Dead giveaway right there

And the edges were smooth, too. Another sign of a fake coin.

I just tested my thermal clothing. It's pretty good, but now I'm  cause I just discovered a fake US coin in my chunk of change, and I turned it in and informed the police department. Someone's gonna be in hot water soon.

Pix of your "fake" US coin?

What did the police say?

Was it real old looking?

It was probably a silver quarter lol again when I worked at Mobil sometimes if people paid with them I could hear the difference when they put the change in my hand (back when I could hear) I'd trade my drawer. I'd take one if my own quarters and out it in the drawer and keep the silver one.

Maybe he gave up a valuable one.

Wish there was pics to post on here I used to collect old coins ... possibility it could be a subway or bus or an arcade token???

Yup, and the cops would be all "thank you for doing you civic duty, we'll look into it." *puts quarter in pocket after Mark leaves*

There are real quarters with the Statue of Liberty on the face, and the edges can wear smooth. Usually those are valuable silver/antique coins.

I don't have it anymore. It's already been verified as fake, and it wasn't an arcade or subway coin, either. Plus, I highly doubt taking pictures of fake money is permissible, anyways. That could land me in trouble with the Secert Service. I'd rather let the law enforcement community do its job.

They were humoring you and stuck that quarter in their pocket after you left. Making counterfeit quarters would be the dumbest thing ever.

Edited to add the secret service protects the POTUS, I don't think they'd care if you tok a pic of a "fake" quarter.

There is no law against taking pictures of fake money.

Why on earth would anyone counterfeit quarters? There's no profit in that.
