I fully intended to do that. I never meant for the troubles for I cause here. This is big misunderstanding here.

It is not a big misunderstanding since you stated what you wanted to do, put the cats down

I understand you quite well but i'm a responsible pet owner and find it distasteful to hear bickering about tick infestation that can be treated early before it's killing them

umm....
Maine Coon Cat.

They're not so special.

To be honest, I think the vet will put the cats down.
So, its your choice - let them suffer with the infestation without taking them to the vets.

The vet will do one of the following:
Find that the infestation is not as bad as we think it is, and help you (More correctly the cat) cure it.
Or
Find that the infestation has caused numerous diseases and such, and the poor animal is suffering in pain - and the most humane thing is to put it down.

Either way. You HAVE to go to the vet.

If the animal is FINE after the vet, I suggest you give it up for adoption.

Who said that I let them suffering?

I planned on to take two cats to vets very soon. Goldie will have his testicles removed. And how stupid do you think I let them suffering? It's my mission to save those cats hold so dear in my heart. And why do you think Maine coon cat is not that special? Well, to me, they are.

because you are being cold-hearted. That's why

Put them to sleep over ticks? there are better options than that.

btw, they do make pills to stop ticks from targeting your cat.

If you loves these cats why do you want them to die?

Dear god, no, Averythest. How can I explain this, hmm?

You said the ticks were a problem LONGGGGGGGGG time before the flood.

So I'm assuming like.. a month.
And you're putting off the health of cats for another few days?

Bingol! Wasn't that the reason being banned from star trek? So why do you continue to emesh into your cats tick problem. How about reporting back to the forum and telling us some good news about your cats once the problem is taken care of. Why do you wait?

It wasn't. The behavior he demonstrated in that thread was just filthy. Even I was appalled.

If landlord is concern about ticks or flea so they should not allows anyone to have pets in apartment or rental properties, unless it is allowed by owner.

The flea and tick situation can be addressed at vet.

I never want them to die. I mean I intended on to take them to vets and have those cats spend a night or week to examine their health and see what the options are.

If vets come to me and said that there's nothing that we can do to save them. How can I be cold-hearted person here? All I wants for those ticks (bastards) gone for good. It's heart-wrenching battle that I never won against ticks here. I removed ticks myself.

Too many times I see ticks on their back, I rushed to have them removed and spraying them. The time is drawn very closer that I'm moving to the apartment, I have to get them prepared to live with me.

How can I put this way? I don't want landlord/landlady sue me for that. Of course, they don't want to have tick-infested all over the place after I left there.

I will said this for ONE LAST TIME. I NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER WANTED to put them to SLEEP, damn it! This situation is getting out of hand now.

Listen, I understand if the cat is covered with ticks so bad to the point it is hopeless. But putting them to sleep would be the last thing on my mind.

I watched some pet emergency, and one of the dog was badly infested with fleas that it was eating it up. They had to put the dog to sleep because there wasn't anything they could do for him.
