No pill for that but you can get some email addresses from some of the ADers and that will tide you over until you are allowed back in.

Yes, I can attest that will keep the worst of the withdrawal symptoms under control.:P

No, unfortuately. You have to go cold turkey. Quite unpleasant. The mods believe in aversion therapy.

yeah. i was able to get several things done without procrastinating, so in that sense, my ban was a positive experience.

that's exactly what i did! the ad'ers whose e-mail addresses i had were able to fill me in on all the details and threads i was missing.
