I wonder that Victoria weather is hot and dry all years? Like Califorina bush wildfire?

Victoria has 4 seasons, however we have not been getting much rain & it's been dry for about 10 years or more.

Now we're warned of extreme high winds and heat tomorrow.....I hope it can be controlled unlike the black Saturday.

Tomorrow I can picture major train cancellations, trucks won't be able to drive on the westgate bridge and who knows what else.
