Ask Sequoias Anything

Yup, I've met General Sherman, the master of all Sequoias, he is 3,300 years old and HUGE! I loathe him. :D

Oh really, wow! Sounds nice a nice area because I saw it on TV, up in the rolling hills of Denver at the foothills of the mountains, I think.

What exactly is General Sherman the General of? That part always confuses me. :dunno:

Do you like Joe Pesci?

I have also met General Sherman along with General Grant. I used to go see them every year when I was a kid. Did you also see the California tree, near General Grant? I was there when California caught on fire during a thunderstorm. My parents and I watched the tree burned for almost a week. You could see it burning down in the inside of the tree. BTW, the tree is still alive and growing. :)

wow, I've never seen a sequoia tree on fire, but I've seen smoke and tiny fires in the forest when they "prescibe" burn the forest because it helps the forest to stay healthy from the fires. I know that sequoias can survive so many fires and all the harsh weather for thousand of years and still thrive. :)
