I do smoke some cigarettes. I think I don't need to tell you why I smoke. There is no reason to tell you why I do smoke. Sorry ppl.

Good for you who not smoking and who quit smoke.

I have been smoking since I was 13 years old.. I tried to think who I blame to.. but I dont want blame...

In my time when i was little, my dad gave me $ to get cig for him at the store which only few blocks away.. his friend was store owner.. and my grandpa too.. I did try some when I was 11-12.. but seriously smoking at age 13 with my friend.... its peer pressure plus I had stressed teen life..
so i would say smoke runs in family and peer pressure...
Now its so hard to quit even i have heart problem.. and being pregnant.. I cut down from 2 packs to 1 pack.. before pregnant (and all through other pregnancies too).. I current smoke between 6-8 cig a day.. tried to 4-6 a day.. but I smoke almost whole pack with other 4 pregnancies and then 5th (recent) i cut down to 8-10 a day.. all babies born over 8 pounds.. w/good health... first was 9 pounds, 2nd was 10 pounds 3 oz... 3rd was 8.7 pounds, 4th was 8.3 pounds and 5th was 8.5 pounds.. hehe..
Dr expected this baby will be lightweight and small possible early birth due to heart medications complications.. I have been switched 3rd time now.. the first orginal medication is forbid to take and can harm the baby but I didnt know that I was pregnant for almost 2 months.. we are pray and hoping that it didnt affect.. then 2nd medication suppose not affect the baby but it affected baby's heart to slow down and didnt work out for my heart.. then.. 3rd (current taking) suppose not affect the baby but it didnt work out for my heart.. I almost sent to ER last wednesday that my heart beat so fast didnt slow down after 45 min.. after 45 min.. it slowed down..so that medication take time to affect my heart.. (grr)..

I asked previously Dr that if smoking affect my heart problems? Dr said no.. it runs in your family.. so I asked my mom.. she said yes.. her mom (my grandma) had heart problem for long time and died at 49 (car accident) and my grandpa too plus my dad too.. its intersting to know that it runs in family.. also, my mom mentioned that i was baby with complications with heavy dosage of antibotic.. that affect my teeth yellow and weak calicums.. so I have to keep health history for my kids for their future need to know... I think its important to keep tracks of health history for your kids to keep in future.....

I smoked occasionally in high school and college but then once I got into the working world I was smoking full-time.. Tried to quit many times but whenever I'd be out at a bar having a drink the habit would kick in again. Then one day i took up running and decided to quit and I think also, at that time I was simply ready and truly wanted to quit. And so now I haven't touched a ciggy in 6 months. I voted as a non-smoker.
