I'm really a non-smoker, but I do abmit that I have had cigerattes (my favorite were cigarellos) when at party scenes, and someone offers me one (mind you, I don't always accept).

Now I avoid it whenever I can, cuz I just can't stand the feeling in my throat the day after and the horrible taste in my mouth.
 
Myself don't smoke the cigarettes. Retired from smoking marijuana. But I admit i do smoke cigar (fat brown stick) rarely.

Guess that I am more like 75% non-smoking. That's my theory.
 
Well, I only smoke cigarettes when I am nervous or drunk. Otherwise, I rarely smoke.
 
Looks like the nonsmokers need more room in AD! Sorry smokers you'll have to give us nonsmokers some breathing space. :P
 
Did u know cigarette pack will cost more higer every year??? Time for quit slowly from various method.

Expensive cigar taste soo great. Cheap cigar taste so shitty. Why need pay more $$ Considering to quit smoke cigar soon.

Some of ya were fortunate to share a joint with me in Denver LOL it was nice getting stoned up a mile high....

Couldn't wait to get back to NZ to try our lovely hydro's...
 
I am not smoker but come out from my family who smokers.... My dad quits his last 20 years ago ... my grandpa, too.... and more -- reason of lung cancer or heart attacks so stopped them.

I am wait on Fly Free's post because she is smoker!

Seriously, yeah -- I've been a smoker for 15 years, have had like 5 attempts at quitting cigarettes -- twice I went 6 months without smoking....the rest were under 2 months. *sigh*
A mate and I have made a pact to quit at the same time and be a support buddy. ;) (Soon!)

Too bad we couldn't be near because I'd knock your sense in seconds and you won't even think about lighting a cigeratte again! Love me or not, I'd be on your back until you quit and trust me you'll thank me later. :cool:

I wish you and your mate best of luck and please try very hard. Not just for me, but for your own good.

It'd be NICE to have a way of quitting cigarettes without all those nicotine cravings and short tempers when not smoking...errr.

31st December 1999, I quit smoking last century!!!

I quit by going cold turkey, I know its very hard to give up for the first two weeks.
 
I'm new here so taking this opporunity to say Hola (hello) to everybody and reply to your question about smoking. I've never smoked but that doesn't mean I don't have other "bad habits" :lol:
 
Non-smoker.

I've tried it when I was young and I HATED it. A couple of years ago, I smoked cloves only when I was lightly buzzed which I've done a quiet few times. Never able to finish a package of cloves for myself, either I'd emptied out my package by giving out to people or left it in the drawer and enjoyed the smell of it. :mrgreen:
 
Smoked at age 12 (yes, very young, i know) just to piss my mom off.

It all started from a stupid and pathetic attempt to rebel against my mom. She thought I was all "talk" when I threatened to start smoking if she put me in a different school when I was in 8th grade... she ignored my threat and put me in a different middle school so I did start smoking. I do walk the walk and talk the talk so :booty:

Never grew an addiction to it although. I was not a heavy smoker. I smoked occasionally whenever mom is not home and with friends who have the ciggies. Stopped at age 14 due to annoying endless spitwads of phelgm (yuck yuck). But then I did break the "cold turkey" at age.... 15 or 16 when a friend introduced me to Clovers (oooo love 'em)... but fortunately, I was not old enough or rich enough to buy them so eventually my smoking habit got kicked.

Now I turn down any ciggie offer because my asthma has got bad and I don't like the phelgm so it is all good. Sometime I would miss the smell of ciggies... BUT I dont like the smoke sticking on my clothes- so it is one of those averison condition that pushed me away from smoking the ciggies.

well im a bonafide smoker, been smoking since 22 yrs old for an good reason only some of u ladies know abt, and im slowly but trying my best to quit but man it s hard! it's better than doing hard core drugs!
