I agree..must be the excitment of your upcoming wedding. :)

I don't know if u exercise on a regular basis ...if u don't, then maybe taking 30 mins a day aside for exercise around the afternoon (if u have the time). That may help u be more tired later in the evening. I have isonima problems but since I started back exercising, I have been sleeping better these days.

same here! :( cuz there is so much going on and it is overwhelming trying to accomplish many things in a short period of time...

did you know that excercising before bed helps!??? i was advised to do that.. and it DOES MAKE A DIFFERENCE... cuz i knock out easily when i get home from workout! or take a warm bath with lavendar...

and like GA said, naps do steal your full-good night's sleep as well...

It's true - I agreed with you. The heart needs pump in order to have more circulation so that they can sleep well. If you don't do excerise before you go to bed, your heart will have stress - even you don't even know it.
