same here! cuz there is so much going on and it is overwhelming trying to accomplish many things in a short period of time...
did you know that excercising before bed helps!??? i was advised to do that.. and it DOES MAKE A DIFFERENCE... cuz i knock out easily when i get home from workout! or take a warm bath with lavendar...
and like GA said, naps do steal your full-good night's sleep as well...
