I was wondering if anyone here are naturists? If so, how often do you go clothes free?
 
I dont mind doing that but I dont like my body. Either I need to lose weight or just feel ok about how I look. 5 years ago, I had the perfect "personal trainer's body" with the 4 pack abs and now my belly looks eeeewwww! Everyone says I look ok but it is hard...


I would love to go clothes free but I dont feel comfortable naked yet...oh well.

I wasn't quite a 4 pack abs, but will start that up again this next month at the local YMCA. I had the same problem you did, not liking my body, but, the other site I belong to under the same name, helped me with my body image. You can find it at ClothesFree Forums - Powered by eve community I also used to have a nude pic of myself there, but removed it due to some trolls.
 
I dont know if u are a guy or a girl but my 2nd pregnancy totally changed my body dramatically. it was like a reverse of extreme body makeover for me..yes worth it for my son but the same time, I have my days when I really get pissed off cuz I spent 6 or 7 years with a personal trainer to get the body that I wanted only to have it totally changed in a short time. Men dont really have to worry about such a drastic change in a short time? Maybe, I am not meant to be tiny and firm since the women in my mom's family are big and not toned. I seriously need to get myself mentally and physically back into my old work out program and see what happens. Maybe, I am making excuses but the motivation is not there like it was..

My husband never wears underwear...I mean he HAS no underwear..and he would go to work without clothes if he can get away with it. :giggle:

I'm a guy; thought you were, too, as you referenced 4 pac abs, then I read about the pregnancies.

As for your husband . . . I'm in the same boat as he is.

I wish more women would feel more comfortable with their body image. Unfortunately, Hollywood tells them, especially the younger ones, what is acceptable. Unfortunately, they believe that shit. I'm sorry, but the first place I look at on a woman is NOT the bust line, the tummy line or the butt. I value women that feel good about themselves and, when I see it, regardless of them being clothed or not, it shows.

By the way, Hollywood also tells the guys what they should look like and what women are looking for. Both sexes are guilty of believing that! If only I could look like some of them!

LOL! Yea, I know about Hollywood. My mind tells me that those images are not realistic but my heart tells me that I can look like that. It is soooo stupid and I am 35 years old too! I cant imagine how teenaged girls must feel..wow. My daughter, who is 10, is already telling me how lucky she is that she was born so skinny and she has no worries. I asked her, where she got that idea. She said that her friends are obsessing about body images. Oh boy.

Have u ever gone to nude beaches? I would love to try that! :)
 
Kinda naturalism, more likely hippy here :) I mean I have the hippy personal inside me, not just dressing like hippy and doing the drugs all the times.

I think naturalism is very good physology, they absolute honor the nature way of the earth beings, which give me the picture of Native Americans.
 
I used to go to nude beach when I was in 30's. I wasn't ashamed of my body when I was a little bit chubby - not too thin or too fat, if you get my drift. :)

Now, I am in 40's... I don't go to nude beach anymore. I've already experienced what it was like to feel without wearin' clothes. I already tasted it how I felt about it. Ohhh, I wasn't feelin' ashamed or anythin'. I just felt that it was perfectly normal without thinkin' of anythin' -- just enjoy it. ;)

There were soo many things I already experienced. I don't do things anymore like an " open-minded " world, if you get my drift. I just grew out of it. LOL FYI, this is ol' CyberRed. And, yes my screen name changed to Maria. It's good to see you back ! :hug:

There is a nude beach just outside the city limits in Duluth, Minnesota and I have been there. The river runs into Lake Superior. The other nude beaches in other parts of the country, I haven't been to one yet. I would love to go and do have an invite, next time I'm in the area, in Austin, Texas at Hippy Hollow. That should be a blast!

By the way, since we're talking here . . . I am sorry I got onto you on another thread about your spelling. Sometimes, people get tired and don't spell right all the time. I shouldn't have gotten on your case about it and am sure you are a fine teacher. :)

Gimme A Break Online Well, Nell went by her real first name and was a live in nanny for a widowered police chief with three daughters. One day, the youngest one, Samantha, was obsessed by how she looked (I remember this episode). Nell looked at her and said, "Look down your shirt! Do you see anything?" Sam was probably your daughter's age and she said "No!" Then Nell told her she didn't have anything to worry about. Ah, youth! Wish I had something like that to worry about. ;)

Ah, so there you are! Been looking for you, sweetie! Sorry we didn't hook up a few months ago. No, I wasn't nervous about meeting you. I hate being out when it's windy as it was that time. I'm back in Moorhead, Minnesota, gearing up for a new school year!

I've been off the road since the last weekend of May. I've had enough. Been looking to finish my undergrad (hopefully this year) and then law school.

Actually, this is not the same as the thread.. this is about people who are naturists, basically people who never wear clothes, and live in either nudist colonies or places like the video shows.

I don't mind to be naturist. As long not in public tho, lol. Never been any clothing optional places, but be nice tho.
 
I am a naturist but only at my home :giggle: I just dont want to give anyone a heart attack so Im being kind to them by being naturist in my own private space :giggle:
 
Umm, I go to hotsprings to soak in and only at night I go naked. I feel it is my duty not to expose my naked body to anyone, never know I may bring some exciting in them.

Yea, I think my daughter and her friends are way too young to worry about their weight but then again, there is an epidemic with childhood obesity so maybe the kids are hearing about that too. At least my daughter is not obsessed with it..just a couple of comments here and there but I am keeping an eye out for any issues with appearance.
