I'm not responsible for another adult. Unless declared incompetent, an adult is responsible for herself. If she is incompetent, the state will step in. Sometimes people fail to have appropriate boundaries. Often, this happens when a person bolsters herr own ego by pointing out the allegedly "lesser" people to build herself up. While I hope that "sunny" will get some mental health care, it is for her to decide.
