I have tried using the Triton and did not like it's feature but yes, it is almost similar to AIM 6.0 though. For some reason the AIM Triton was not doing that great on my computer and ran into few problem while having it but now that I have AIM 6.0, I don't have any problem so far. It's all good.

The AIM 6.0 Features are great and it's about time that these whiz decided to follow up after these whiz at Yahoo! by putting an "offline" message when someone signs off and you're still able to receive the message when you sign back in. There are some features that still needs some working on. Out of a rate from 1 to 5, I'd give it a 3 for being moderate.

Ok, let me check AIM 6.0 to see, what it looks like. Just type " AIM 6.0 " to get there right ? Since I don't find any link in this thread to take me there.
 
I dl it today TWEETYBIRD and my deaf cousin told me abt it so i go ahead dl it today and love it better than trition very awesome more features add offline msg alike yahoo offline msg that good love it :)
 
YAY! I do have it too! LOVE IT!!! Much better than Triton I agreed!

**NODS IN AGREEMENT** I agree!!! If seperate IM dialog, it takes up too much room on computer!!

Uhh, did I say I don't like AIM? That's only ONE thing is minus just because of there's no "feature" like a little Sidekick icon in Buddy Lists.. and the rest of AIM, I do like so far.. So, you need to cut down to smoke crack. :D J/K!

Already have installed/upgraded to the 6.0, although, I'm having a few glitches with it--apparently anytime someone sends a link via AIMS, it won't load after clicking on the link...bummer.

Will be uninstalling it soon and re-install it, but will await on that and see if anyone else had that problem also and what was done to rectify the situation.

Ohh I know what you mean, I have the old aims vision 5.9 still see the sidekick icon in buddy list.....

I can't download the new AIMS 6.0 cause I don't have window XP...no fair
 
yeppie i agree it is awesome.. I never liked trition.. i always remained with regular AIM. lol.. already updated to 6.0 its cool.. but its only a beta so far.. still its awesome.. hehe.. :)
 
I use the version 5.9 and didn't like triton. and didn't see the version 6.0 yet.

I have download upgrade mine to 6.0 a few days ago and I like it better than 5.9 AIM and I never like triton. I love the smiley showers when sending a smiley and its cool! It really give me a buzzz seeing the smiley flying across in the IM. :lol:
 
my family using that AIM but my families not using of 6.0 but im using AIM 6.0now.

i do love chat with my grandma lots but sometimes she not online because she busy sometimes.

my family using in AIM include my aunt,Grandma,friends

my friends from KS tell me about new upgrade of AIM,Yahoo,MSN and i got download about that but im not using MSN chat anymore but im using between Yahoo chat and AIM only.
