Adenoma

I went to doctor today. The staples out of my skin finally! I will not able to get pregnancy until after 6 to 9 months. Because the muscles need to be strong enough since surgery. I found it out. My skin got cut measure is 6 inch not 9 Inch. Whew! I have to do light exercise. I need to eat more protein to build the muscles.
 
Glad that your staples are out. The 6 to 9 months will go by quickly if you concentrate of your exercises and protein diet.:)
