Well...my ex hubby didnt show up but he got permission to do a phone conference. So, he was "there". Well, he seems to want everything resolved right this minute because apparently he is broke and said that his house is in danger of being foreclosed. Also, if it is true that he is about to lose his house and struggling to make ends meet, now,I am concerned for my daughter if their financial situation is not stable.

I am just holding all thoughts until we get all the evidence. However, my ex kept saying he wants to resolve this cuz he cant afford to fly here, cant afford a lawyer and cant afford a mediator. Well, my question is that..if that's the case, why the lawsuit against me? Something is weird. All I just want more time with my daughter than he is allowing me.

It is very weird. It almost looks like he's trying to look like the poor parent so he doesn't have to send ya daughter back. But if that is the case and he's being supported by 'the family funds' then he should be able to access the amount to get your daughter to see you. Very very strange. Make sure to talk to your lawyer to see if you might be able to see these financial records he sends.

If he is financially unstable then why in the hell did he want to take this girl into such an unstable situation? If it is all true then the judge will likely grant custody back you, although you will likely have to pay to have her flown back to you in that case.

Hang in there I hope everything works out in your favor! Sounds to me like he is mentally unstable as well as financially unstable and in a situation like that a child does not need to be thrown into the mix. Good luck.

I never asked for her to move back..just want full summers and every other holidays. He told me that I could only have her for 4 weeks in the summers and half of every holiday and I disagreed with that hence my reason for filing this with the court to get everything in black and white so we dont spend the next 4 years fighting over when I can see her. I dont want him to have 100% power over when I can see my daughter.

I dont know if it is true or he is lying to get sympathy from us. He has done every trick to try to get me to back down so I wonder if that is his latest one since bullying didnt work. :dunno:

I meant to see you not for her to stay. Sorry if my first sentence was vague. & I understand everything else completely. What you are going through right now is what I fear if my ex moves out of state with my son.

Sounds like my ex when we were together he would often play this sympathy card and sure enough we found the truth later on that half of all this shit he said simply wasn't true. I found more shiz when I found out an inspector I worked with was related to him.

That's why i told my lawyer to pls check into whether he owns 5 hourses in AZ and if he is getting paid under the table by his brother who owns a contracting business.

Wow! What an interesting turn of events! If he is "broke" then that makes a lot of sense why he's being a jerk to you.
