We are getting a whole lot of rain, some areas are flooded. I am safe no flood yet.
 
I found it clean up!! anti rookit I found it one delete on my computer wow that is technology!! remove my computer!! lucky! :D
 
I think I might be trying a nettie pot sometime within the next day or so to see if it will help clear up this stuffy head cold I've got. :ugh: Not sure what the end results are going to be...
 
I am happy and hard work!! I am pretty sound!! I am expert to skills avg wise study!!! I know figure out good idea!

I am happy clean up prevent implentation!! :D rid on heal on my computer inside on piece! seems something! lots of work hard clean up reduce! I do it :D

Those Neti Pots are wonderful! I no longer have sinus troubles.
 
I am discuss my grandma and grandpa on 3pm visit to my uncle on friday :D I am exciting!
 
I just drove through: West Palm Beach, Haverhill, Palm Springs, Lake Clarke Shores and Greenacres City all in the last 1 1/2 hours. A whopping 20 mile round trip. :giggle:

Taking my mother to see Christmas lights.

Well...my ex hubby didnt show up but he got permission to do a phone conference. So, he was "there". Well, he seems to want everything resolved right this minute because apparently he is broke and said that his house is in danger of being foreclosed. My lawyer said that his salary was at a certain number but during the session, he is quoted his salary at a figure half of that. Also, he was unemployed for 4 months after he moved to Phx which was something I never knew about. My lawyer put a stop to his demands to solve everything right there because today was just supposed to be a session for us to pick dates and said that she needs all of his documents before we can proceed. The reason for that is to make sure that there is proof that he is actually broke and about to lose his house because last year he told me he owned 4 houses in Phx and he will be set for life there cuz of his family money. This revealation totally caught all of us by surprise so we need to investigate to make sure because he has lied in the past. If he is earning income from his rental properties, then that has to be added to his income from his job.

Also, if it is true that he is about to lose his house and struggling to make ends meet, now,I am concerned for my daughter if their financial situation is not stable.

I am just holding all thoughts until we get all the evidence. However, my ex kept saying he wants to resolve this cuz he cant afford to fly here, cant afford a lawyer and cant afford a mediator. Well, my question is that..if that's the case, why the lawsuit against me? Something is weird. All I just want more time with my daughter than he is allowing me.
 
Oh man Shel - Hope it all works out. I hope for your sake that he is not lying. If he is in fact facing losing his house and financially "ruined", does that mean you may get DD back? At least to give her a more stable home environment.

Like I said, I cant think about anything until we get further evidence of what is going on. I just want to forget about it for a while and enjoy the holidays and my daughter's visit next week. It is too much for me to wrap around my head right now.

I have no idea..that's why the proof is critical. My lawyer said what she has on paper (that was before we started in court) said that the documents show that his current salary is twice my salary so she said that would be a big factor but then we got that surprise during the session about all this new information so she will double check.

It is so not like him to admit that he has financial problems so for him to lie about it, that's where I am very unsure of. He has always bragged about having a lot of money and his family being rich and blah blah. This was so uncharacteristic of him so if it is true, normally he wouldnt share that due to pride. That's why I prefer to find out for sure before making any assumptions cuz if it is true, then I want to do what is best for my daughter's well-being. Send them money or just get her back here in MD. Things have changed a lot after this new information he shared.
