today, I went to court to testify against the guy who stole my SUV because he told the lawyers that he personally knew my hubby and I. Well, I didnt recognize the name and one of the teacher aides at my work showed me a website where I can look up his criminal background. Holy Moly! It is a mile long and for crimes with a deadly weapon. Even one with him being found not guilty for first degree murder 
Anyways, I was so nervous today but we had to wait for our case to get called..took 2 hours. Finally, it was called..turned out the defendant didnt show up so now there is a warrant for his arrest. I asked the state attorney if that means he is a fugitive and she said technically, yes but not to worry because he has another court appearance next week and if he shows up for that, then he will be arrested. I asked her for another auto theft charge and she said no, for a child kidnapping charge. WTF???!!!!!! I felt so sick to my stomach after that so instead of going to work, I went home to soothe my nerves. What a day.

holy crap................ worse than I thought.... and I thought it was just some foolish boy for joyriding.
and he knows where you live.... well I hope he forgot... please take extra precaution until he's taken in custody.

My legs felt like jelly all day even at work. I couldnt eat my lunch. My hubby told me to take the day off but it is the first week with my students.

"I know them" is a common defense. Sometimes they will even do background on the people they steal from so the can say...."Oh yeah.txgolfer, i know him well. we played ball together. he lives over on yada yada street. And alot of times they don't claim they were borrowing. # guys stole my family hunting jeep.....their claim in court was that they knew us and that we paid them to steal it to collect insurance.. It was a major hassle..... Their argument fell through though because they stole the jeep in the summer and we don't insure it during the summer months. lol.

That was what I suspect as well. Wait and see if they catch him and then have to go to court again and then see his face. I tried to google him for a mug shot of him..nothing. I want to know what he looks like.

If I recall correctly - he performs background check on his employees so yea he can. So can you but it costs money. If you have a police friend, he can for you.

either one but the default setting is paypal. look at the drop-down menu carefully to make sure.

yes it will deduct the amount from your paypal balance first. if theres not enough funds in the paypal balance then it will pull the remainder from your bank account but will still use whats already in the paypal account first.

use paypal since I was born too.
very easy!if you already have balance in your paypal (transfer from your bank or friend sent you money) then website will deduct from your paypal. but if not enough in paypal then will deduct all what you have in paypal AND deduct the left from your bank account (whichever account you allowed paypal transfer funds to and from).
if nothing, no balance in your paypal, paypal will automatically withdraw the amount (of items you ordered) from your bank once you click "Pay Now". you'll learn fine in no time.
