The problem is the economy..the state is broke. My boss said we are lucky that the state didnt cut our budget. Even the public schools are getting their budgets cut and laying off teachers. We just have to keep on hanging in there and hope the economy improves soon.

Yea, I keep reminding myself that I still have a job. It seems like a luxury nowadays..to have a job.

I should get it because of all the experience I have. It is working at a group home with deaf adults. I worked for another group home full time for 3 years so we'll see.

Everyday, I come to work and I check AD and all I see is no friggin' movement. :ugh3:

But however it is slowly returning to normal.....yay :lol:
 
I picked up my new digital camera today that I ordered two days ago. It is Olympus Tough-3000. (waterproof, shockproof and snowproof) This is going to be a good camera for the snowtrip I am oging next week) :aw:

Is it a similar model to the one I bought for my mum at Christmas? I still have my Sony DSC-H7. I've been tempted numerous times to upgrade but I have to tell myself no because school is my top priority right now. Maybe I'll buy a fancy camera when I graduate in two years. :aw:

It looks very simple compared to the one you used in the photo contest with me. But I guess if you are going on a snowtrip, you don't want to take the risk of ruining your good camera in the snow and moisture.

The camera is snowproof and stratchproof so I don't have to worry about dropping it :lol: This is the only camera I have now, my nikon D60 is broken and sitting at home as a paperweight as we speak.
 
Ah that explains why you haven't posted pics lately. I have a vacation coming up soon and I plan to get my creative juices flowing that week and try to put some new stuff out there.
