A 4-Wheels Thread About Absolutely Nothing!

Right, there are option for 4x2 only models but it is not common really. I have seen 4x2 models since 1980's nothing new. Same with Cherokee few are 4x2 only

Sometimes people think 4x2 only would save gas, but in reality it is not true and will have faster depreciation.

I rather older Jeep models, like CJ-5 something like that. I think Chrysler had ruined Jeep Wrangler big time. I no longer have Wrangler, and I traded it with Li'l rig.

I still have thoughts of buying nice CJ-5 after buy my wife new SUV.

many 4x4 offers both 4x2 and 4x4 option.

Its nice to have truck fit in garage. I don't think my Li'l rig will fit in that garage, my wife is afraid to drive my Li'l rig cuz it is really huge.

look how tiny I am

My Li'l rig is exact same as pix shown below.

is it the height same as Dodge Ram 1500??? I freaked out when I drove in cuz I thought it would crash into pipes on ceiling. I stopped and looked outside. It's about 4-6" clearance!!! cutting it a lil' too close.

When driving my L'il rig, I can see top of RAM 1500 easily. My eye level to 18 wheeler driver is his tummy.

My truck clearance is 7 feet 0" It got 325 horses with 570 ft lbs torque. Can pull out most vehicles that may be stuck in something. My Li'l rig can increase horses, not sure how much but can go as high as 785 ft lbs torque by reprogramming it, doing that will increase from 10,000 lbs to 20,000 lbs max towing. Im not going to increase this because I sense plenty power and did haul a trailer which I couldn't feel pulling at all.

Is it a Harley-Davidson version? 570 ft lbs torque!!!! Whoa. What engine size? 5.4L?

wow that is pretty sound! power engine strong truck fastest, fast easy fuel gas cost!

Yup, its Harley edition. Similiar to King Ranch, just that the style itself related to Harley. Yup, 570 ft lbs torque, can't do that with gas based engine. =)

2011.

I tried to negotiate with dealership in West Virginia. 2010 model. $30k. I said that's stupid. how about $28k cash? (cuz it had installed options). He refused to budge from his price. oh well. his loss.

Keep trying...you might want to try eBay motors, sometimes dealers sell brand new cars at the price.

Walmart.com: Automotive Oil Change System: Automotive

Pretty dumb idea. It won't work, sorry. Better stick to the old fashioned way. Oil filter replacement is also needed and reviews of that product is bad as well.

Wow... How lazy do you have to be to think that is a good product. I think I will keep crawling under and letting gravity save me some money. Plus with the Neon I just bought I have to get under the engine to take out the oil filter.

Most new GM's oil filter from top is very easy job to replace and MUCH less mess than old design of oil filter. I believe it is earth friendly (green) since it less waste of metal for oil filter.

1) Take the old oil filter out (Very few dips of used oil)
2) Take the oil drain plug out till used oll gone then put it back
3) Fill up the new oil
4) Put the new oil filter in.

That's it. No glove need for oil filter for heat and used oil (acid)

Yeah, I have driven Dodge Ram crewcab with 4x4. It's pretty big but comfortable seating and nice design in the interior. They're great for rural or cities in rural areas. :)

In here, I see too many pick-up trucks in city of Birmingham and surrounding suburbs, also in Dallas as well so I think it is suit to cities but depends on something that you need big pick-up.

For me, I'm big fan of F-150.

Thats cool. Now if GM would make a car I would drive. Other than a few of their cars from the 60s I don't like anything from that company.

Nice, congratulation on your new truck and have fun to drive. :D

I had seen F series, including King Ranch and Harley Davidson editions and they are very nice and big.

Yep, its huge. Plenty power in this baby. I love it.
