Heimlich is for choking case, not resuscitation. and in my video, it wasn't a baby. it was a little boy who drowned.

Actually, Heimlich can also be used for drowning, it has the same effect of making you cough up, be it food or water. Both Heimlich and CPR for drowning victims focus on the same spot which is just below the middle of the rib cage.

Sometimes a little boy is too little for an adult technique.
