80% of Deaf Culture tends ~ please vote~

Is it true 80% of Deaf Culture tends to gossip, manipulate, lies, stalk & threat?

Both deaf and hearing do gossip. Hearing people who work together have "office gossip", and so do the deaf groups.

Just like some of you out there, I agree that deaf and hearing people are the same. :) And yes, the deaf is a "minority" in this world, which is mostly hearing people...so I can't really compare between the two.
 
I vote NO, it is not involved Deaf Culture, I do believe same as Hearing do that. not only Deaf. In Newfoundlalnd hearing people are very strong gossip than Deaf. FYI. what is dfference between Deaf and Hearing. of course. Hollywood Star is worst to gossip by Media which is worst than Deaf people.

I disagree with ya! Hearing world is huge! Deaf world is small! we tend to hear more gossip about each others a lot more than the hearing world...the hearing world doesnt know whats going on in every every individual lives...we deafies do!

I agree about hollywoord star however this post is about deaf culture not hearing culture...:)

of course! I grew up in hearing world and even know hearing world..im sure that you are young...are you in 20's? or teenager?? i am 37 and wiser!

I voted no because it's the individual's responsibility to progress educationally and in maturity. I have noticed usually the lower educated the person is, hearing or Deaf, the more immature and "gossipy" he/she is!
 
Well Well,

I happen to agree with Coloravalanche here since, she is right for one thing, we do have a smaller Deaf community than the Hearing community ...which Deaf people do spread out rumors or lies about someone and it goes around like a ball rolling on the floor so fast...Yes Hearing do spread out rumors and lies but not as fast as it would be in the Deaf community....

But....

I don't believe it's 80 percent but since she did mentioned earlier in her posts to ignore the percentage and then I voted ' YES '....

Here's an example:

If you were to go to a Deaf club, enjoying yourself then a few weeks later you go back to the same Deaf club, don't be so surprise if your name is being brought up or spread around.....but with the hearing community which is soo large, and when you go in a restaurant, store, etc. no one would hardly know who you are or who that person was....

So, yes both hearing and Deaf tend to do the same thing but only one thing is different is what I stated above.... :)
 
Hearing people talk about me just as much as Deaf people do. It makes no difference.
