Well, I'm glad this is a level headed judge who made the correct decision which is not much I can say for other judges that sways far aside.

Unbelievable...but it happens a lot. Kids can really be "cruel"....This family, I'm guessing, might never get over what the daughter has done.....Raising a child for 18 years...and she does something like this?.....

Some parents can "divorce" themselves from their kids and in a case like this, I would...get a lifetime injunction to protect themselves...as the daughter sounds very vicious, mean and not caring about anyone but herself.

Maybe this is what happen when parents are extremely strict to make her feel unhappy and being REBELLIOUS? Suing parents are over the limit.

I wonder if one day she will regret suing her parents , I don't think this will help the girl when she try to find a job , she should get a new last name.
